The owner of this site owns several sites.
I ordered from one of thier sites. Payment terms was taken straight away but order never arrived. Contacting them was useless as after several messages I had 1 response saying they would look into the location of my order and get back to me. They didn't get back to me even after contacting them several times again.

We have been online for a number of years and rarely have a problem although having recently relocating we have had a few setbacks although we have hired new staff now to ensure we stay on top of our online business.
