2nd time using Fresh Car. Can’t find any faults at all. Couldn’t be easier- book- they arrive on time- complete the job to a very very high standard and hand keys back. No hidden extras- no hard upselling. These guys genuinely seem to take pride in their work and it shows!

Easy to book with excellent results
I was able to book the mini valet one day & by the following afternoon it was completed to a very high standard. Simon & his colleague (sorry his name has slipped my memory but I know it began with C), worked very hard which was admirable given the extremely high temperatures. They made an excellent job of cleaning my car both inside and out, the internal clean was most impressive given the state it was in when they started.
I will use Freshcar again myself & will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends who may be looking for a similar service

Cowboy service
Cowboy service. On the day due to turn up at 10am I get a call from a non English speaker stating engineer's car broken down? My 70 year old neighbour was out moving her car for me to use her drive. I cannot recommend. Also, they state in their booking email that if customer cancels then you have to pay fees!

Keiran was polite showed me what he was going to do . After he had finished he knocked on the doors d asked me to come out and to see what he had done. The car was immaculate I will definitely ask for him next next time.

Time Wasters
Tried to book for my car to be cleaned with these jokers.
On both occassions they left it right till the last minute to cancel.
Both of them giving excuses they would have known at the point of me booking.
further to them both cancelling, I was able to go back on the Fresh app and rebook them for later the same day.
(if the valeters are not available, they should not be available to book on line) Total waste of peoples time

As a platform, we assist customers in booking services with independent franchise operators rather than carrying out the services directly ourselves. Following your feedback, we reached out to both operators involved and were advised that there were genuine circumstances which unfortunately prevented them from attending. These issues were unforeseen and could not have been avoided at the time of booking.
We do appreciate that this is especially disappointing given that it happened twice in succession, and we recognise the inconvenience and loss of time this caused you. It was an unfortunate situation that resulted in you being let down on both occasions, and for that we sincerely apologise.
