Great experience
The service was quick and very efficient. Darien was early, which was a bonus, and reacted well to the fact that the car had to be valeted away from my home (but nearby).
I'm very impressed with the set up he had, which gave me confidence in the job he did.

Disappointing from start to finish
Disappointing from start to finish - 3 attempts to fix a small patch resulted in a bigger issue and more costly repair job now. The guy who came out was nice enough but just not capable to repair my bumper .. 3 independent bodyshops all said its his prep and very poor.. took over 3 visits over a 5 week period for a smart repair!!!!!
The issue you have is it goes back to the franchisee and your not covered or protected personally avoid and use a more reputable brand - out of pocket now !!!

I had a full £166 valet on my car and
I had a full £166 valet on my car and all looked very well except for overlooking the sprayed black plastic trim along the bottom of the windscreen and overspray on the side mirrors and the bottom corners on the front side windows. The operator said that he would return to fix it twice, but never did. I spoke to him on the phone but he became very aggressive and never replied to several emails. Don't bother with Fresh Car Central Scotland.

Unclean windscreen
I never normally leave anything but a perfect review, but I feel a little let down. He arrived in time and was very polite. I paid for the full valet and seat machine clean. The seats were fine, but I noticed the inside of my windscreen wasn't cleaned at all seemingly. The ring of a dash cam was still there after the clean, and a lot of finger streaks on the windscreen. When you pay 120 for a valet you at least expect the windscreen to be clean.

5 auto valets later......
After contacting at least 5 auto valets and getting no response I contacted Fresh Car. It was so easy to book online. The agent arrived on time and collected my car keys. Spent an hour cleaning my car inside only. I was so amazed at how clean he got my car. Going to have it done every 6 months or so.
