These glasses are amazing they arrive…

These glasses are amazing they arrive so quickly and they are gorgeous. The fit is great and I would say they look better than in the picture.
They also arrived on my wedding day which made for great wedding photos.

I was quite anxious about buying but…

I was quite anxious about buying prescription glasses online and not on the high street - let alone doing it for a product that was eco-friendly, wooden etc. (i.e. different from the normal type of frames). However, with them now on my face, I shouldn't have been anxious. The lenses are spot on prescription wise, the frames are just gorgeous, and the whole process was a breeze. Great customer service team as well who helped me when placing my order by answering a few questions.

Think I know where I will be going for my prescription sunglasses for summer next year...!

I got a free home trial from two other…

I got a free home trial from two other companies as well and both of those has a free postage label to return the glasses, whereas I had to pay to send yours back. The glasses were also all very large, which I had expected as i have quite a small face! But I would just like to suggest maybe stocking a few different sizes, or a few designs which are a bit smaller, as I would really like to get more eco-friendly glasses - that is what attracted me to your website - but unfortunately because of the limited size selection I can't. Thank you though, and the try on at home service is a really good idea because its hard enough deciding on glasses anyway, but right now wearing a mask makes it impossible to see what they look like when trying on in the shop so it would have been really hard to choose.

Great company!

I emailed customer service before my purchase and got very prompt and detailed responses. My glasses arrived quickly and I absolutely love them. They are very sturdy yet light. Great company!

Absolutely amazing!!

Absolutely amazing! I love everything about this company. They are eco conscious, their customer service is super helpful, and caring, the quality of their products are solid and the styles are ADORABLE!! I definitely recommend FreshForPandas to everyone!!

Beware of returns

Great glasses and packaged beautifully but returning is impossible.
Ignore your emails until refund window has closed and then suggest exchange but portal crashes. No grace given despite the correspondence trail.

Lovely wooden glasses and excellent service

This is my second pair of glasses from Fresh For Pandas, and the first time I've ordered prescription lenses from them. I love their wooden styles and eco ethos. Really helpful, speedy communication before placing my order, and delivery within a week - thank you!

Great quality product

Great quality product. I didn't get the anti-reflective lenses (although I thought I selected these - perhaps some clarity required) but Fresh for Pandas have been very responsive in offering to sort this for me, demonstrating great customer service. Glasses feel very well made, look great, and delivery was fairly prompt.

Glasses lovely, service awful!

Glasses themselves were lovely, however not impressed with customer service. Made use of Klarna (pay in 30 days if you decide to keep) 10 days later, payment still pending on my account. According to Fresh for Pandas can take up to 12 days! Really? Nearly 2 weeks? Also sent sunglasses as a replacement for glasses (without and email and prior warning) stating they were the same shape? Sunglasses and glasses look entirely different regardless. Also when it comes to returning. No return note in box, no directions, after emailing, they instructed to print one off (for those who don't have a printer) had to email and ask for return instructions! Then had the joy of paying £8 to return them! Such a shame, love the ethical idea behind these but lacking in other areas. Will not use again!

Thank you for the feedback, Linda. We have now emailed you twice and tried to address all the issues you've raised with no response on your end.. We'll make a last attempt here.

Our apologies for receiving sunglasses instead of glasses, We've tried to identify weather that was a mistake (because the model numbers are almost identical) or they were sent knowingly and without prior notice. Whatever the case, that shouldn’t have happened and we apologise. Do let us know if you’d like to still try on the glasses, I can send a pair of Zelda’s on us for you to try on.

Regarding the returns label, that is something that we’re still working on. We’re still very much in startup mode and all of our processes and Home try on offers evolve along with us. But rest assured, you’ve been heard and we have been asked about return labels before. So we plan to launch free already printed returns labels within the next month or so via Royal Mail. As a thank you for your patience and for the shipping cost, you can use the £10 code we've emailed you.

On your third point, the refund processing time, Klarna is a third party, and we use it to allow our customers to pay in instalments or delay payment for prescription services. Klarna themselves have a delay of 2 weeks in paying us as a merchant for any transaction, so we don’t have much flexibility on the processing time I’m afraid. As far as I’m aware though, you haven’t been charged anything when ordering your Home Try On, just a pending payment with Klarna which was eventually cancelled. So hopefully the 12 days haven’t caused any inconvenience, but do correct me if I’m wrong.

Hope that clarifies your concerns. And let me assure you that as a startup, we take our customer service very seriously and are always keen to incorporate the feedback we receive into our products and services.

Great sunglasses and customer support!

Live customer support was great with helping me solve a pricing issue - would happily buy from FFP again! The sunglasses are great too - I got the Wylde and Herbie - the blue lens has a yellow tint to them and the dark lens is neutral.
