Second review now my prescription glasses have arrived. I chose Zappa, they are very sturdy and comfortable. Slightly nervous ordering prescription glasses online but am very pleased with the whole process. Special thanks to customer service.
Now ordering frost in sunglasses!

Glasses were delivered promptly, with a personal feel to their customer service via email. Glasses are everything I though they would be and am very happy.

So far, so good. Glasses turned up very quickly and beautifully packaged too. Service has been impeccably so far. Glasses are lightweight but sturdy. A real quality feel and look. Comfortable to work/read in. I would buy again.

My husband and I have purchased several pairs of glasses from Fresh for Pandas and haven’t had any issues at all. They are well priced, the quality is great and the service is superb. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I tried your home try on service. Which is a must for purchasing new glasses.
1 The box with the 4 frames to try on came in a massive box of packaging which was I feel unnecessary to be so big.
2 I have a small head, so chose the glasses that looked the smallest to try on. Unfortunately although they were beautifully made crafted with care, they were all far to chunky looking on my face, so decided that I would not be happy to wear these glasses.
3 The process to return the try on at home was very unclear on the website the address I found was different from the one on the package so I was unsure which to use.
4 Although I was quite prepared to pay for returns when it suggested it would be £3. It was actually £8 as I wanted to send them insured via the post office, as they were expensive (4 frames approx £3-£400.) if they were lost.

I really want to give a higher star rating but my experience is not so positive.

Can I suggest to have smaller/finer frames for kids and adults with smaller faces, There’s a big market you are missing!

Also to do free returns, more people will choose to try and would be more likely purchase from you.
To add a returns label with clearer instructions for the the procedure for home trying.

I was really keep to support local and plastic free, uk based, hand made, glasses. my daughter-in-law recommendation was positive.

I just received my new glasses today and they are excellent! They look fantastic, are comfortable / great fit, perfectly clear lenses and very well built. Delivered in environmentally packaging just 10 days after I ordered them even though I amended my order (very helpful customer service) to include reaction lenses.

The cork case also deserves a mention as its very well designed protecting the glasses but also folds flat for easy carrying around when you take the glasses out - brilliant! And included is a screwdriver to tighten those tiny screws which are always difficult to find when you need on - bonus!

All in all its great to find a company who are not only addressing the plastic waste issues but also producing an excellent product!

Excellent customer service and product. Very happy with my prescription glasses and sunglasses. Ordered twice to try on and contacted customer services a few times wil enquiries, always a extremely quick helpful response. Received prescription order quickly.
