Couldn’t Go To Specsavers
I purchased frames only to find out from two high street opticians that they wouldn’t glaze them. Royal Mail were a bit slow to deliver my return but once they arrived FreshForPandas processed my refund quickly. I was genuinely disappointed to not be able to keep the frames as they were very smart and great quality. I would recommend ordering with prescription lenses if you’re thinking of getting them glazed on the High Street.

Really nice Glasses
Really nice Glasses. They came in eco-friendly cardboard box, then a magnetic, foldable cork case. They also come with a handy little metal travel screw driver to repair the Glasses which is cool :).
However I just wish that there was an option to refuse a Glasses wipe because I have loads of them and they made out of stupid plastic :( . Also because the Glasses are wooden the bit that sits on your nose gets really grubby from makeup residue, so it would be better if that bit was bio plastic too :)

Still not received Eyewear and lack of communication
Order placed 26th June.. one month ago. Still not received eyeglasses. Emails were responded to but took a few days and some not even responded to, so resent. There was an issue with construction (quote taken from email: "there was a breakage in your frame while we were glazing the lenses. This sometimes happens, as these frames are 100% wood; the frames do not pass quality control i.e. the frame needs to be stretched to fit the lenses") which is understandable and fine but was not informed of this problem until i queried the whereabouts of my order after a few weeks. Currently still waiting for reply on eyeglasses and update on order/ dispatch reference. Love the Eco message and brand identity but sadly overall a disappointing and very underwhelming experience.

After posting this review I did get a quick response and my glasses were posted out which was a big relief. They were a bit different to the ones I’d originally ordered, but was v v happy to get them and really like the style. They are lovely sunglasses.

I am desperately trying to get someone to let me know where my sunglasses are!! They were damaged (faulty) so I sent them back to be repaired but have not been able to get a response despite trying three times by FB messenger & emails. Is the company still in business?!

Warning Scam!
I think this company might be a scam. They took my money and haven’t delivered the product. I’ve tried to get in contact with no reply.
Edit: the item I preordered was due for release on 15th June, I wouldn’t have minded that being pushed back but that should’ve been communicated.
2 days is plenty of time to reply especially given that I shouldn’t of even had to email you in the first place, you should’ve kept me updated with the order.
I have no problem with waiting for a preordered item but the poor communications not on.

Now that we've been able to identify your order after the additional contact info you just provided, we can confirm that :
1. Yours is a Pre-order item, (the Pepper frame was not an 'in stock' item), with all the info clearly highlighted on the product page - the add to cart button as 'Pre-order' instead of 'Add to cart', and the delivery date in the product description as after the 24th this month. We've made it very transparent this frame will take slightly longer than items in stock.
2. We do apologise for any hassle or misunderstanding, however you've emailed us 2 days before this review on 21.06. As stated on all our FAQ pages, we endeavour to respond to all our customer queries within 1-2 days, especially in the summer months where we receive a lot of customer emails.
3. We'll confirm all this info on email and of course we're happy to cancel/refund your order if you feel you didn't receive the level of service you expected. Currently the Pepper frame can reach you on Tuesday next week, but we understand if you don't want to wait.
4. As an independent brand with a sharp focus on customer service, as you can see from all our other verified reviews, we're a bit disappointed we're being labeled as a scam after 2 days of not responding to an email. We're sure you can understand that.

Amazing team. Very responsive. Helpful. I ordered one pair of glasses as a birthday present, but unfortunately it was out of stock, i got offered another pair that was more expensive without paying the extra £. Love them! Love my two other pairs and getting another one :D
