I placed an order October 8,2020. I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number the same day. Two weeks go by with still no delivery. After the second week I call and they tell me the order still is in their "warehouse" and they will ship it immediately. That was a week ago. I just (10/28/2020) and they told me the same story. I am currently trying to get my money back. Do not shop here unless you want to waste your money and never receive your order. Very disappointed in this trash. Terrible.

I am still waiting for an order I placed well over 2 months ago. Obviously they have charged my credit card account as well. I have contacted them but have received worthless email responses with pathetic excuses of high volume, blah, blah blah. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I learned the hard way.

Don't waist your time with these morons. I placed an order and they said to call them for confirm the order. I did that then they said we will take care of It. 3 weeks later no products. I called again they said we needed to verify your address so I did thought everything was ok. Then 2 weeks later I get an email stating my order was canceled due to my card not processing. I called them up to find out why my card did work. They couldnt give me a reason. I called my back prior too calling them and they said no transaction was run by them. When I called them the 4th time they said the price changed on the product and we can't give you that price because that was last month special. If they did what they were supposed to do this would not have happened. I hung up the phone and decided not to be bothered by these morons and take my business else where. Don't waist your time.

Instead of receiving the product I ordered, I received lots of spam regarding that product. I’m guessing these folks just sell customer’s information, so I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Still waiting for product ordered in march it is end of july. Cant get email response nor them to answer phone. Cant leave message voice mail full. Unbelievable

I ordered a fat burner over two weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. They do not answer their phone or email contacts AT ALL.

Ordered two bottles of probiotics capsules for fixing some health issues as recommended by my doctor. Shipment came two weeks later and in broken condition. Highly flimsy packaging. One of the bottles was broken into pieces and the capsules had spread all over the inside of the shipment package. Contacted the seller with images of the damaged goods and there was no response. 3 emails and more than 1 month later, still nothing. Such pathetic ethics and extremely poor service. Wasted my money and more importantly, my health and time. Stay away for this horrible company.

This company isn’t a scam like other say. They just have AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered two items from them. A few days later I received an email stating my items had been delivered but I never received anything. No tracking number, no shipping email...nothing. So I contacted them to let them know that it wasn’t received and the person on the phone said it never shipped and gave some excuse about COVID-19, He then shipped only part of my order which I very quickly received. I waited a few days to get the other item but nothing. So I contacted them again and they told me they were going to put the item in the mail the following day. 3 weeks later and still nothing received so I called again and this time, I couldn’t get anyone on the line. I tried several times but then I contacted Better Business Bureau and within 5 days, I received a refund. I would have preferred they deal with this with me and send me my item but their customer service and follow through with orders is awful. Don’t waste your time and money shopping here. Not worth the headache.
