How can I report a negative 10?? This is the worst experience of my lifetime as far as customer service and product honesty that I have ever encountered. This company has more that $700 of my money as well as all but 2 bottles of the product that they said they would refund. HOW in the world are they allowed to be in business. They are liars and thieves and are allowed to continue scamming the public. Many reviews clearly state that the product is useless. But to blatantly scam money and keep the product? What is that about? If you work for them, leave and get an honest job. This company has zero integrity.

Such a BS scam! So it’s on autofill I got it cancelled after they sent me two supplies bc I had no idea it was on autofill. Got instructions to return at my charge for refund and a $5.95 per bottle restocking fee. But as I read these reviews I am learning people aren’t getting refunded anyway? Will contact visa and consumer rights. DO NOT PURCHASE

They claimed that the Gummy’s would knock the weight off- they don’t work - it’s a big scam-save your money

Won’t refund my returns which were at my cost. Bad products as they did nothing as they advertised. Don’t order. They are not a respectable company. Fraudsters.

They were so convincing that this product would make me feel better and lose weight but it did absolutely nothing. I finished the three bottles of (ACV) apple cider vinegar gummies (206.89) and whatever else is in them? I took the green coffee which I was forced to buy (45.48) to get the gummies and am now out all my money and efforts. Very disappointing and I'm tired of being taken on line for products that are useless or I don't get at all after sending the money. I purchased product about the middle of June and it is now Sept 24th. I tried to email them from the packing slip email but of course it didn't go through. support @ fresh health program .com 1-855-290-2843

I ordered Fresh HealthACV&BHB on May 18/24 for my daughter. Unfortunately, because she has diabetes and then discovered a kidney problem, I had to return the product. I phoned on June 6/24 and was given all the information how and where to returned all 5 items unopened. At that time, I was sent an email of cancellation. I mailed the parcel on June 9/24 and to date, have not received a credit on my credit card. I phoned today July 10/24 and was asked for my postal tracking #. Unfortunately, I cannot find it and it looks like I am now out of over $200. Be very wary of this company and their practises if that is the way they plan to keep your money.

Order never received. Contacted company at least 15 times and they are not willing to assist. They tell me the parcel was previously delivered but unfortunately not to correct mailbox. I need to make this right as I have spent over 200.00 and not willing to let that go. Need help.

Looks like your company doesn’t care if they receive negative feedback. I have submitted countless request and no one will respond. I need to have this issue resolved.

Ordered 4 50-serving containers of The Curse Lemon Rush. Received 4 30-serving containers of The Ripper Watermelon instead with no explanation. Sent an email with a picture of the received incorrect products 21 days ago and haven't heard anything back. Sent 6 emails with no response. Will be contacting the BBB.

Wow wish i had read up on these people before ordering anything. I ordered 9/28/23 and kept checking status which read "processing" - so I canceled my order via email. Finally get a 'your order canceled' -- but have yet to see my money refunded. Unbelievable - prob should report to BBB. Or their state's attorney general. ugh.

I've ordered the same item from them in capsule form 2 times. The 3rd order came in tablet form which are like swallowing horse pills. When I reached out to them I was told "the supplier doesn't make the capsule any longer". WRONG, I found them on Amazon. I told them this and they said "well, we just sell what they send us". HUH? They did finally send an RMA # to return the one unopened bottle, to return at my expense of course. No thanks, I'll keep these and beat them to a powder with a rolling pin to get them down but will never order anything from them again. EVER! BTW, it took 3 weeks to get to this point so they must only be a part time business.

They send me wrong product. Since I opened it, they said I can't get a refund. This was a $17 vitamin (dry vitamin e) I'll never order from them again

If it is a real company, and some people do get what they order ( i think that might be the case), they have nothing in the line of customer service. Maybe some orders go well and they make their money there, and others that have issues they just say oh well, and don't really do anything about it. If it was a scam I feel like I would have gotten charged. What scam doesn't take your money? I have seen others say they weren't charged but were watching their CC statement. I will of course be doing the same. But hard to call something a scam if they don't take your money. But they did find multiple reasons to not ship me my order.

Found a good deal on turkey jerky, with the flat rate shipping it was much cheaper than picking up in-store, but not "too good to be true".

first they never shipped it, i looked into it (no notification from them) and it said they needed more info from me to contact them at a number ( that they have never once answered in 20+ phone calls). I got through by email. Gave a new address. They stated that it would ship in a few days. That of course didnt happen. I reached back out, had to settle for email. They tell me now that its out of stock (a 2nd issue). Skeptical of this, I look online. Still shows in-stock, still available for purchase. Still to this day available for purchase. I email them about this again. A week later now they say billing issue. I look up my order to check my payment method but it doesn't show any details like that. Luckily its only 1 of 2 so I dont have much to keep an eye on. But no charges yet. But the order does say that it shipped yesterday, although that tracking shows no movement, but at least there is finally a tracking # now.

So which is it.

Order doesn’t ship and they do no respond to e-mail or phone messages. Why are they even in business? Buyer BEWARE!

SCAM! I placed an order and never heard back from them. Now I keep an eye on my cr card charges to make sure that I flag it!
No response to my email. When I called the no. from the website, a voice mail of a person, not a company.

I believe this company is a scam. There is no way to contact them via email and when you call by phone there is a voicemail. I am about to cancel payment.

This business is not businesslike to put it mildly. I put in an order Dec 7. About 3 weeks later they told me that an item on my order was backordered. Mid January they sent a notice asking for payment againwith an expiry on when they would fill the order. When I called to clarify I reached a machine and was never called back. Don't give them business; they don't want or deserve it.

I ordered a product on 12/24/2020, and still haven't got it by 1/14/2021.

No one is answering the phone.

I assume this is a scam company. The prices are the best, but they do this I would guess to lure people in.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You are probably going to be robbed.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company is a complete scam! If I could give zero stars, I would. The product I ordered never shipped, never got a hold of anyone about the issue, never received a response from the help desk nor a refund from my purchase back in April 2020. (It's Jan 2021.)
