I placed my very first online order one week ago on 10-19 and was promised delivery within 1-3 business days. Not only did I receive an email on 10-22 saying delivery is delayed. But also calling customer service today they a) are unable to tell me or see what iterms are missing or why delivery is delayed, b) refuse my right to cancel the order, asking me to wait indefinitely AND c) give as only option to cancel to refuse receipt of the parcel should it sometime arrive. Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE !!!
I have made a big order and it never arrived. It is the 2nd time this happens, and the customer support couldn't care less: I wrote them about the packets which did not arrive because of DHL, and they simply answered: "we do not use another delivery company". No sorry, not trying to find a solution, not willing to keep their customers.
I was going to order monthly online, but this is not acceptable.
Also as an online business, if your delivery service does not please your customer, you should change: the goal of an online shop is to not have to go somewhere to buy and pick up, so if DHL is too lazy to do their job (carry 2 boxes to the postal address), they should complain. And as a customer, I shouldn't have to explain how online business work to an online business!

I'm a recurring client and had recently moved to another apartment and forgot to change the address when buying. Immediately after, I called them (during the work hours) but took 10min and nobody answered. So I contacted via email and Facebook Messenger telling them about my mistake and asking to please change my address or cancel my order.
I got an answer only from Facebook Messenger saying that there is no way to change an order.
Now (6 days after) the product have not yet left their warehouse, there is no tracking code and I've got an email saying they are having delays to send.
Totally inflexible and terrible way to treat the customer. I will no longer buy from this store and don't recommend it.

In the end, after all the headache, Fressnapf sent the package to the updated address, even telling me that it was not possible. I'm adding one more star, making it acceptable.
Ordered online 2 weeks ago, no news for 2 weeks, not a single email, impossible to contact them for asking explanations. I asked for my order to be cancelled, still no answer... PayPal litigation open to get my money back...
