I recently bought an Aygo from FRF Toyota in Bridgend. The whole buying experience was exceptional. Coffee and biscuits whilst you wait and Adrian was a great salesperson not at all pushy. He kept me updated with how things were progressing. Very good customer service, given this, I would not hesitate to go back here to buy another car.

I contacted FRF Swansea to ask if I could take my car for an annual service to another garage and advised as long as vauxhall parts are used it would be okay. I have had an issue today with my heating and have been advised my life time warranty is no longer valid as you must go to the main dealer after the service elsewhere for them to carry out a health check. Poor service I have lost the lifetime warranty as no health check was carried out. Very poor service from a main dealer.

My family bought a Mokka X from Swansea branch with no problems, however a fault was found with the bodywork and leaking windows when in carwash, took car to the Bridgend branch for repairs. On collecting the car, we noted that numerous miles were now on the clock whilst the car was in their care. Spoke to the manager who fobbed us off with a "highly unlikely that they had anything to do with it" attitude, also there were personal details about cover etc from the AA in glovebox and other stationary which were all missing, again fobbed off by the manager with a " we have an cupboard full of paper, why would we need yours. Head office, waste of time. My experience with frf has not been positive and only miserable, however 2 stars for the sales guy in Swansea and the service guy in bridgend. So boe careful when buying from this franchises, as the after sales service is shocking, and we still have a leaky car that's 8 months old and bodywork that has never been corrected, only made worse.
