Friendly Rentals is absolutely the best you will encounter.

The efficiency and honestly of Friendly Rentals and especially the Blossom Apartment experience was beyond our expectations. The pictures that are posted on their website were 100% accurate and true. I will always rent an apartment thru Friendly Rentals for any international travel in the future.

Be sure to consider Friendly Rentals as your "Friend" when exploring venues in the future.

AVOID, SHOCKING COMPANY!!!!

Avoid this company. I stayed in an apartment in Rome, it was an absolute shed, absolutely filthy, most of the fittings and showers did not work, We paid for internet but didn't get any, the location was horrendous. The photos on the website, were an absolute mis-representation. It cost 900 euros,(which we had to pay in cash) for 4 nights in June. I wrote a bad review and tried to post it on Friendly Rentals website, they refused to publish it. They only publish good reviews - again a complete mis-representation. No apology, no compensation, no explanation. Shocking!!! I am determined to let the world know how bad this company is, on every website possible!!!

*****You may see below a reply from Friendly Rentals,claiming that a representative, sorted out our problems whilst we were in the apartment - NOT TRUE!! They say they tried to contact me upon my return - NO SUCH CONTACT!! They still refuse to publish my accurate review of this horrible apartment!! Still no compensation!! An apology does not make our bad experience any better!! Friendly Rentals, i'd say UNfriendly Rentals!!**************

***UPDATE To say that you are disheartened is quite laughable, i have not received any correspondence from you by email. In fact i emailed your company directly through your website, only to be sent a standard reply, saying that the apartment would be looked into. Since then, i have had no feedback whatsoever on your findings, and STILL my review has not been published. I am not badgering you, just trying to get what is right and fair. You have my husbands email and telephone number, you have also said that you would get back to us on Facebook, but haven't!!
You seem very able to reply to me on this site, because i am giving you bad publicity, why are you unable to be fair and publish my review, and give me any feedback as to what you have found at the apartment in question. Indeed it is me who is disheartened, the apartment was wholey mis-represented by your website, (maybe because you don't publish true reviews). It took our family a year to save up the money for what should have been a lovely holiday, only to find ourselves in a dirty, noisy, broken down place, that i wouldn't have stayed in had it been free. A little compensation would go a long way!!

Our Roma delegates also tried to resolve your concerns during your stay. Friendly Rentals publishes all customer feedbacks. However when we have a very serious feedback that needs further attention, prior to its publication, we do a customer follow up with a Customer Care Case. This ultimately determines if an apartment is kept in good standing based on the experience described by the customer. Feedbacks are not just for the sole purpose of publishing on our website, as they are used very seriously for internal purposes and improving our customer experience and apartments. Your case review was sent to Roma on June 7th and we sent you an email to provide you reassurance of a resolution and we requested additional information on June 9th. We never got any response from you. We hope to connect with you and resolve this matter as this is very unusual and disheartening for us. Thank you Melanie, yours sincerely. UPDATE: Melanie it is important that you speak with the person who actually made the reservation, as you are not the actual person who booked the apartment and the review is under a different name. Wonderful Rome Apt

Beautiful apt close to the Vatican. Great price, all the amenities with a wonderful terrace to relax on after a long day

Fontanella apartment

Having used Friendly Rentals for the first time I would have no doubts in recommending the company to anyone. The booking was easy to set up, the apartment was great with full kitchen equipment, wash machine, iron, microwave.

Having used Friendly Rentals for the first time I would have no doubts in recommending the company to anyone. The booking was easy to set up, the apartment was very good, Peter on arrival was very nice and helpful, on the whole everything went very well indeed.

Excellent, friendly service and good apartment

We stayed for 5 nights in the Sea blue apartment in Barcelona. The service from Friendly Rentals was great. From the time we landed to walking through the door of the apartment took just an hour (we'd arranged a transfer via Cars Deluxe on Friendly Rentals website - excellent service too). The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, and was clean and comfortable. Loved the terrace and with 4 sets of doors to take you out to different parts of the terrace, the apartment was bright and airy. The location was amazing overlooking Placa de Sant Jaume and just behind the cathedral. Would highly recommend both the apartment and Friendly Rentals and we plan to book again very soon.

Good winter experience in Barcelona

Friendly Rentals are really friendly.
I needed their assistance in manual reservation modifications.
They were helpful and professionals.
I arrived late in night - proactively checked where I was close to planned check-in and waited for me at the apartment.
Offered free storage at their office after early check-out.
Responded with explanations following-up my comments on the apartment.
I have no objections - would recommend them to my friends and will use their services when I decide to come back.

Good value for money

For our trip to Barcelona we selected the Monet apartment and we loved it! Perfect location and It was a grand lofty apartment with cool decor and style. The staff was super friendly and I felt comfortable contacting them when we realized there was no corkscrew in kitchen, they delivered one upon notice (we love our wine).

Excellent Apartment: Excellent Service.

We were let down at the last minute by another rental agency two days before going to spend Christmas in Barcelona.
Friendly Rentals were able to offer similar, if not better and certainly cheaper accommodation at such short notice.
Their representative was on site in the block in which our apartment was situated, was contacted by a straightforward mobile phone call, responded immediately and she could not have been more helpful and accommodating.
The accommodation was pleasant, clean and well-situated and we would be happy to book through Friendly Rentals again. Indeed, I and two male friends are returning to Barcelona in March for their Beer Festival and I will be contacting them again shortly!

Absolutely flawless experience

Staying in Kyoto has been an absolute pleasure thanks to the friendly treatment and helpful advices from the Friendly Rentals staff. The housing itself looks wonderful and gives out the typical Japanese vibe on every step. The space within the house is utilized perfectly, everything was perfectly clean before we arrived and no necessary house equipment was missing – actually, some of the appliances even had English labels glued over the original Japanese text, to make even the last aspect of the stay a treat. If I could, I would go there again in a heartbeat.

Exceptional quality and Service

We found this company to be excellent in every way. A brilliant check in, a fantastic apartment and a quick resolution of our minor out of hours difficulty ( the broadband was down ) mean that we will look to use them again for our next travels.
