This was our first time working with Friendly Rentals and our first time in Barcelona. From booking the holiday to meeting our hosts in Barcelona was such an easy and well thought out process. We were able to settle into the apartment right away and the information about the area we had chosen as our base to explore the city from our hosts made us feel immediately welcome. Based on the information on the website we chose to book our first trip to the wonderful city of Barcelona with Friendly Rentals and could not be happier with the outcome. Truly friendly!

The place is very nice and quiet.The location of the apartment is fantastic.The gentleman man who was in charge to meet me is very friendly and great.

After a decade of using Friendly Rentals twice a year we haven't found anyone better. They provide accommodation that makes ches 5 star hotels, relaxation, security, apartments in the most serene areas of Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid and Milan to mention wher we have used them. In a nutshell you won't be disappointed at competitive prices.

The apartment was so spacious and very well equipped, in the heart of the city. The only thing i want to mention is the time of 4 days till the next cleaning is a little bit uncomfortable and annoying. Make it not more than 2 or 3 days, it's better for a family being in vacations.

Very good location and a beautiful and silent apartment.

Beatiful apartment, nicely decorated in the heart of the Gothic Town in Barcelona. Just steps from the Barcelona Cathedral. Nice!!

Excellent service, 24/7 service, same day care, high level, a great location, just come in with a suitcase and enjoy. Definitely go back again

It's situated near the historical center of the city and it's easy to get to the apartments by car. The apartments are clean, and good equipped. It has underground private parking.
Managers were friendly and helpful. Thank you for our trip!😊😘

I have used Friendly Rentals twice. On each occasion they have answered any queries or requests promptly. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Had a lovely stay in a great apartment in Barcelona's Gothic district. Arrived late evening and had a bit of difficulty finding the apartment and the Friendly Rentals' rep waited patiently for over an hour for us to arrive. She was a lovely person to deal with spoke perfect English and couldn't be more helpful. I also had to contact the office with regard to extending our stay, again the person I spoke to couldn't have been more accommodating. Fantastic customer service. Would recommend Friendly Rentals to anyone. Five star rating from me. *****

Their apartments are a good value, clean and as advertised. Staff is friendly and professional. I have used them a number of times and will continue to whenever I travel to a city they are in.

Apartment was exactly as shown online. In residential area 20 mins walk to Arno. High standard of furnishing and roof terrace and balcony a bonus. Would stay again. Great base.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish, very friendly staff and apartment was spotless and wanted for nothing. Apartment so close to all of the attraction we walked everywhere. Would certainly use this company again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks for making it a pleasant stay, we will be back!

Our accommodation was nicely decorated and well equipped and it was in a good location for bars, beach, shops and 'Lizy's Kitchen' next door. For a one bed apartment it was very very spacious and we liked the idea of the balcony being outside the bedroom. Would most certainly rent this accommodation again. Also a very big thank you to the staff at Friendly Rentals. I had my purse stolen at El Pratt and they were so helpful. I was extremely happy with my Friendly Rentals. The service from the day we arrived in Barcelona to the day we left. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, it had everything as I saw it in the pictures. The building has an elevator it became very convenient since we did grocery shopping in the nearby neighborhood markets. The young lady that took us to the apartment was very friendly and when over everything with a lot of detail. We Wil definitely rent again from Friendly Rentals.

We loved the apartment, the location, the garden was beautiful. A few incidents about one of the showers that only had scalding as a choice, but the owner is fixing that. One bathroom had no place for cosmetics and I had to bring in a folding chair. No big. I can do that! It still was a FIVE STAR, as far as I'm concerned No place is perfect. I would rent this again and will recommend it to friends.

Eight of us booked to stay at Blossom II at Fasana Prati Rome and we were met and welcomed on our arrival.The apartment was more than we could have possibly hoped for with four spacious bedrooms each with its own fabulous en-suite bathroom .The apartment was equipped with a fully functional kitchen with every appliance needed . On arrival we were also provided with a welcome pack of food which was a surprise and appreciated.The position of the apartment was in a residential area and just a twenty minute level walk to the Vatican with superb restaurants on the way.We will certainly be use using Friendly Rentals again in the future after this experience.

We've used Friendly Rentals for many years and can't fault them. But we found the agent Manolo was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. We had his email and number in case of any issues. Apartment was wonderful right on the sea front. All amenities are provided.
