Instant payout is not as promnissed.
FF say they offder instant payout againt 1,5% of the amount. When it comes down to doing so, they have lots of reservations about the size of the payment, not knowing the client, if the client is a forereign company etc etc.
FF is allowed to do their business as they see fit, but I hate false advertising. If 15000 EUR is a big amount for FF as they say, I'm worried.
Nobody likes to loose money, FF is no exception of course . What irritates me the most is their lame excuses and fluffyness .

Getting the right bank infos for abroad payment
Was very difficult to get accurate information for my client about which account to pay to, ocr, bank code etc. It took few weeks, several payments trial, phone and chat conversations to have well packaged information from customers service.
It feels like I have to provide a manual to my customers on how to make the payment. I am also very surprised that the company doesn’t offer straight away a compensation or a discount etc. Forefront when there has been an issue going on for many weeks.

Difficulty to understand payment terms
It was easy and fast to get going but it is not clear what is the final amount to be transfered into the account, i received the net salary and thought I would receive what the box for "amount received in the account" said. Also didn't understand the expenses information, I was not supposed to bill them the expenses only register them for tax reduction purposes, this is not clear
