The flowers and delivery were fine but...

The flowers and delivery were fine. I'd give a 5 if it wasn't for From You Flowers' dishonesty. Long time I ago, I 'earned' free delivery for life, which makes me choose this company over others. The other day, I received a 20% off coupon so I used that to order flowers, but at check out, noticed that I had a delivery charge. So I signed in and then the delivery charge was shown as free but my 20% discount was gone and I couldn't enter that code "DUCK" anywhere. So it's really not free delivery. The free delivery has a condition attached to it. It's not fair, it's deceiving and dishonest.

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Claimed they made a delivery, kept giving different delivery times paid the expedite and the delivery never made it to the recipient. Communication is terrible and the service unreliable.

Would do a negative rating if possible

Would do a negative rating if possible. Service is terrible and product provided looks nothing remotely like the picture and value of bouquet is better from your own backyard. Avoid at all costs if want to avoid traumatic and disappointing experience

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The bouquet I got for my mom’s birthday was not at all what the photos showed. I paid extra for it to be more full and it was less full than the images on the site. The flowers were not the same color or type, there was supposed to be succulents and eucalyptus, there was not, also a much sleeker vase, the one that came looked like it was from the dollar store. Then I called customer service to see if they could fix it, asked for my concerns with the final bouquet and said they would send her another one. It never came and I’m so frustrated I used this company for her birthday because it was supposed to be special and the flowers sucked. The whole experienced sucked and it was $75+. Ridiculous. I have photos.

Late delivery!

Delivery was supposed to be on May first for my mom’s birthday but it arrived a day later on the 2nd even though I payed the fee for the delivery on the next day.

Tracking was never updated after "order…

Tracking was never updated after "order received". While technically "on time" was delivered at the last possible minute to be still considered "on time". Arrangement was pretty, and flowers were "healthy" was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, less hydrangeas or smaller than the photo showed, and there were a couple of the white roses that were starting to brown on the edges or had brown lines on the petals.

I ordered flowers to send to my daughter for her birthday

I ordered flowers to send to my daughter for her birthday. I continually checked the website for delivey updates but the system update only stated, "ordered, not delievered." The flowers did not arrive until 6:30 pm. When I spoke to my daughter she stated that she received a call from the delivery person who stated that the gate was locked and the delivery was left outside. My daughter was not home so sent her roomate to the gate. The flowers were left at the gate and the delivery person was gone. This is not best practice to not communicate about delivery times prior to the delivery and to leave the paid item outside unattended. I will never reorder from this company again!
