Wrong item delivered. Ordered pink azalea bonsai for $89.99, a little potted $15 outdoor bonsai was delivered. This was a mother's day gift. Will never use this company again. I requested to return the item and requested a full refund I was refunded $14.89, I guess thats all that plant was worth to them

I ordered from You Flowers for the first time and purchased flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. The flowers arrived on time; however, they were not the arrangement I ordered. I paid for the large option, but not only was the arrangement smaller than expected, it also looked nothing like the photos online. The arrangement did not look presentable, and overall I was very disappointed with the quality. I would not recommend this company. The flowers were delivered in Las Vegas, NV.
Update: ForYouFlowers offered me a full refund.

I placed an expensive order (around $200) for my niece’s 21st birthday. I live in Belgium and she lives in Atlanta, so I ordered a gift package including wine for delivery in the US.
The day after placing the order, I received an email saying they could not verify my purchase because I have an international billing address. Fair enough — I immediately replied and offered multiple solutions: I asked whether they could contact my sister in the US (the recipient’s mother), or whether I could send a copy of my Belgian ID to verify my age.
Their response? They asked for a phone number and said someone would call me “as soon as possible.”
No one ever called.
My sister then took the initiative to call customer service herself and was told that everything was fine and that the delivery would proceed as planned.
The very next day, I received another email informing me that my order had been canceled and refunded because they were “unable to verify” my information.
When my sister called again, customer service confirmed that the order had indeed been canceled and casually suggested that I simply place another order.
Why would I do that when your team already failed to process the first one despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue?
This was for a milestone birthday, and thanks to your disorganized customer service and contradictory communication, the gift never arrived on time.
It honestly feels like customer support has no coordination whatsoever and gives inconsistent information depending on who answers.
You lost a $200 order and, more importantly, a customer. I would not recommend this company for important occasions.

I was able to order flowers for my niece and pick a date without having difficulty. Unfortunately I had to pay more than I’d planned to because they wouldn’t ship the basic priced order. I ended up paying $10-$15 more than I wanted. It did get delivered on the date chosen.

The flowers were delivered on the wrong day, missing the receiver's birthday. The bouquet was delivered in a damaged box, wilted, and was a tiny bouquet compared to the photo online, even though I purchased the 'grandeur' size. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Flowers were nothing like the ones I ordered. The difference between the full beautiful arrangement and the pitiful one my mother received was laughable. Do not use this company. Also, they haven’t returned my two emails. So disappointing as they were expensive and looked amazing, I took a long time to choose the correct bouquet and it was not even close. 😟

I ordered red roses with blue/purple irises, but did not get irises. I don't know what the blue flowers were, but the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. The terms for this company state they can substitute flowers, something I did not read until I received this order. These bouquets are not cheap, and it would be nice to know you cannot fill the order before making the order.

I would not recommend ordering your flowers from this website (From You Flowers). I spent so much money and the flowers that were delivered to my mom looked nothing like the images on the website. I paid for premium flowers and received cheap carnations. I highly doubt they will even post this but I recommend ordering from Costco or Sams club. Free shipping and the flower arrangements are bigger for a cheaper price that looks exactly like the photos. I decided to order from here because my work had a coupon code/discount and even then it was still not worth it. Absolute waste of money.

The floral bouquet was left on the porch & not delivered to the person. The sunflowers which were a component of the bouquet were wilted. This is the first time that I’ve been disappointed with a floral arrangement purchased with From You Flowers and I’ve used them on several different occasions. UPDATE: From You Flowers apologized for the issues experienced & issued me a full refund for my floral arrangement purchase.

Website states (to me, maybe im wrong) " *Unless the 'Expedited Service Option' was selectec and paid for then it will be delivered within 4 hours of blacement or if place for future dav before noon on the selected date" flowers were delivered after wife left work already. 10 hours after my order was placed. Contact customer service and they tell me only if I pay for expedited service it will be within 4 hours. Very misleading and unhelpful..

I experienced every ounce of unpleasantness in every negative review here. This company, while legitimately registered in Australia (they are the same as Bloomex), operate on puffery and very unreliable. They don't seem to know what they are doing and make promises they would not keep.
Avoid this company - and save yourself the headache and waste of your money. They are needlessly expensive and the product won't meets expectation. The worst is they you should be prepared for a fight with different untrained agents scattered all over the world to get your flower delivered - and it will never be on time!

This experience was so bad that I'm leaving my first review on a company. Normally, I believe mistakes can happen and as long as they are corrected, I'm happy. I specifically used them because they had same day delivery which was on Wednesday. I received and email later that day that said the delivery date had been moved to Saturday. How the heck do you go from same day to 3 days later?? I sent an email and was offered a refund of the expedited fee and assured that the flowers would be delivered first thing on Thursday. This still wasn't great but faster than ordering another bouquet. I emailed back immediately and told them that I wanted confirmation that it would be delivered on Thursday and if not, issue a full refund so I could order somewhere else and get it to her on time. They assured me they had spoken to the florist and it would and that they would send me confirmation of delivery. I touched base again on Thursday morning and was assured it would be delivered. I heard nothing back. I finally had to spoil the surprise and call my daughter at the end of the day to see if she had received them. She had not. So not only did I spoil the surprise, now she's the only nurse with nothing on nurse's week from family. I was so embarrassed and hurt because she works hard and I wanted her to have a nice surprise. I spent over $100 on the arrangement. I called to tell them they weren't delivered as promised and was told they could give me 30% back and deliver NEXT WEDNESDAY. This went from same day delivery to a WEEK LATER after nurse's week is over?? I was furious because the more I said it was unacceptable and they should deliver the bouquet first thing on Friday and still give me a refund, they just kept repeating they could deliver on the Wednesday date. I finally lost it and told them to issue a full refund immediately which had better happen. I know with Mother's Day being Sunday that there is no way to get anything delivered tomorrow so my daughter has nothing.

Do not order from this company! The flowers I ordered for Mother’s Day looked nothing like the website. The arrangement came in a box when I specifically ordered in a vase and the flowers were crushed or broken and the wrong color. The arrangement was called lavender love but there were no lavender flowers! I had to argue with customer service and ask for a supervisor just to get a partial refund. I’m never ordering from this company again and would never recommend them to anyone!

The other day, I received a 20% off coupon so I used that to order flowers, but at check out, noticed that I had a delivery charge. So I signed in and then the delivery charge was shown as free but my 20% discount was gone and I couldn't enter that code "DUCK" anywhere. So it's really not free delivery. The free delivery has a condition attached to it. It's not fair, it's deceiving and dishonest.
