My Internet dropped the hub
My Internet dropped the hub, and I was having issues getting it to sync. The tech support person had us up and secured in minutes (the only delay in restoration was the timer for the router and hub, not the service).

I got through to a customer service rep at 6:30am to resolve an issue I was having with a motion detector. I was impressed how quickly I got through and with the level of detail and friendliness with which he helped me.
It was a rather complex issue so I was very glad for the excellent level of support.

Would recommend
Working with Darius is always easy and he is knowledgeable. The wait for customer service is always a little long, but otherwise when you finally get a human it’s fine. The products are pretty good. The longevity is in question, I have had some products go bad on me in the 8 years. It’s nice that they keep up with technology, but I don’t like that they don’t let you know if there is an update that you are eligible for unless you call.
