Do not buy!!! I purchased a roof rack that cost be nearly £1,300. It arrived in 2 boxes, the second box was empty. Customer services have not rectified the issue and as the second box was supposed to contain the fitting bars, I can’t fit it to my landrover. They gave my money, no apology, nothing. I’m asking for a refund and going to prospered instead.
Worst product I ever bought. Dropdown table and rooftop rack. Arrived in 3 different boxes over 3 days. You need to buy speciale ( expencive tools) to installe.
NOTHING is assembelt forehand. Bolts, washers,brachets. Everything comes uassembelt.This is not for for amatuers. Need a small ingeneur excam to finish this. Super expensive. Never gonna happen again.
I've brought from the store multiple times, but on 4 different occasions have the items I've brought either not been in stock or have been lost in transit, and they just send the generic response of "we're so sorry this has happened, can we replace the item with something else".... if I wanted something else I wouldve ordered that too, they've lost me as a customer.
Overpriced average Tshirts, whose sizing is like 10 sizes too big compared to every other brand!!
Rip you off for shipping on top of the overpriced Tshirts and then make you pay shipping on the returns when you have to return the items when they don't fit!

The customer service is horrible. They won't reply emails even in a week;And they don't even say sorry for those loss;I wasted a lot of time and energy on it.
