the way their website is set up makes it very easy to find what you want,, delivery was quick, I ordered Sunday for it to come on the Tuesday and not only did they come the day given they came in the morning, all nicely sized food items and all still frozen, would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using them from now on

First time we've ordered from an internet company and what can I say? Placed the order on Sunday night, received an email Monday to say that our order would be with us on Tuesday, received a text message at about 8 Tuesday morning saying the order would be with us between 9:51- 10:51 and it arrived at 10:00! Very good service. We ordered Jumbo Rats 450g+ and some of them were over 500g! The product is good and come feed time our Boa was very happy (and full). Will definitely use this company again!

Excellent product and delivery

my gripe with this order is only a minor one, but one that did prove to be a little annoying. the text giving me a one hour delivery slot was one of the things that made me choose Frozen Reptile as obviously only having to make sure someone was in to take delivery for an hour rather than all day would have made life a lot easier. i didnt receive a text with the delivery slot, or any notification of the order being dispatched, and i had problems logging into the main site to check my order status. the owner replied quickly to my concerns, but the order itself arrived before he could provide more information on its whereabouts. thankfully someone was in to take delivery.

and now onto the positives: the quality of the rodents is very high and the order arrived in perfect condition, with everything present and correct. i cannot fault the prices either. i will certainly be ordering again.

The website is very easy to use. I ordered a fair amount of frozen stuff and it was delivered the next day. Will definitely be using their company for all future frozen requirement :-)

Arrived still frozen due to excellent packaging with dry ice good clean product at a reasonable price.

Frozen Reptile delivered in every way!
The mice were exactly as described and exactly right.
Communication was brief, concise and to the point.
Delivery was very swift. We were given a 1 hour time slot in which the package would be delivered and it came within 2 minutes of the hour starting!
No hanging about all day!
We'll be back soon.

i ordered 500 chicks they were delivered next day and i was text twice by the delivery company to let me know what time they were arriving brilliant service,i will deffinately be using them again

Had my delivery yesterday from Frozen Reptile and WOW, what a difference in packaging alone compared to the last company I use. My frozen actually arrived frozen and not half or fully defrosted. Quality of mice couldn't be faulted. Won't be going back to old company now, defo staying with FROZEN REPTILE
