Used this company a few times and at first it seemed ok. Then after a few times of ordering over a couple of hundred pounds my orders started messing up and had to keep contacting them to get it sorted. My last order was over three hundred pounds even paid the fifteenth pounds before 12 the next day delivery on the Tuesday so would get before 12 on Wednesday. It didn't arrive the next day. I emailed the company just after 12 and they emailed at roughly around the same time (after my delivery was due) saying that their suppliers have had to turn back and would get it by weekend and would send out on monday and they would refund the extra delivery cost I'd paid. It's now a week and a day later from my delivery date and still no delivery or refund of extra delivery cost I'd paid and they've not replied to any of the four emails I've sent and the phone number is unobtainable, so have had to open a case with PayPal for a refund as I've had to order somewhere else as my reptiles can't go without food.
Not a trustworthy company.

DO NOT BUY... MUST BE A SCAM....ended up having to go through paypal for a refund....i waited in for days and emailed and called over 20 times...even messaged on facebook and still no order or refund....they seem to reply on here with the same answer (read it after each bad review).....please buy somewhere else so this lot stops ripping the reptile owners off

Delivery failed to show up. Phone calls to company result in a message saying "unable to connect to this number", no response to emails nor to messages via their website. Very disappointed and frustrated that cannot contact the company to resolve the issue. Will not be ordering from them in future.

Having made several orders with this company, I have to say it's pretty hit and miss.
The first order arrived a day late, which was the fault of the courier. Frozen Reptile kindly sent another shipment out.
Another order was lacking some pieces, which I found when I opened the package. I was contacted a day later informing me that not everything was in stock and that I'd been refunded. Personally, I would have liked to have known that beforehand.
I had been using another company, but felt like giving Frozen Reptile another chance. I placed the order on a Wednesday afternoon, expecting the delivery by Friday. By the following Tuesday I was forced to purchase from another supplier and have since had to have PayPal intervene, as all emails, phone calls and communications through their website have been fruitless.

Placed an order and payed for overnight delivery for frozen items that were meant to arrive on Tuesday 13th May. No items arrived and can't get hold of Frozen Teptile. They are not replying to emails and the don't answer the phone or reply to answer phone messages. Not impressed at all!

I have ordered about £100 worth of frozen rats 3 weeks ago, never received my order! They don't answer their phone, don't reply to their emails, facebook messages, etc. Dispute raised with Paypal! Do not use these guys!

Easy to order, good web site, delivered in the advised window and then it went downhill fast. The order was short of 90 mice (ordered 100) and one other item that was ordered, tried phoning voicemail, voicemail, voicemail, left a message and sent an email with what I ordered and what was despatched. Got a reply 3 hours later blaming the warehouse but thought mistakes happen.
No updates since, more voicemails left, updated the open request several times.
And now my customer account has been deleted ... WTF !
The quality of what we received is very good and we thought we'd have a long term relationship but, the customer service is RUBBISH and the order was incomplete.
They do not respond.
Use at your peril
Update: We got our order from May sorted out after 5-6 weeks and all kinds of promises made. Again what their product is very good.
So benefit of the doubt was given and we ordered again on 20 July and guess what, no order and no communication at all, I like the products but I cannot recommend the company
Update September - despite emails and calls no response whatsoever. We lodged a dispute with our bank and they refunded the payment and will take it up with the company. We cannot recommend this company.

I ordered a reasonably large number of rodents (in excess of £100) and received a handful! Obviously mistakes get made, so I expected to call up and have the rest sent out immediately. No answer on the phone. No response to multiple emails. It's now several days later and I've had nobody make contact with a solution. I have even resorted to using Facebook to communicate with this company, who have been active. No phone call in response to my PM with phone number.
The matter is in the hands of PayPal and I am hoping for an eventual refund of the rodents that didn't arrive.
If I were you, I'd avoid this company like the plague!!!!!

I have been using this website for the better part of a year and never had any problems until the other day i received my order and it was fully defrosted i emailed them to ask for a replacement order and they did not email me back at all so i posted on their facebook page and still no answer, i will not be using this website again if they cant admit to or deal with their mistakes .

Easy from start to finish.
Couple of clicks and mice were ordered and paid for.
Next day delivery with an allocated 1hr slot, so no unessary waiting about.

Only complaint this time is that rabbits were not bagged (but were last time).

Frontline staff lacked the support of their managers - e-mails took too long to be replied to and other forms of contact were not available leading to a frustrating experience - if mistakes were made better to admit than leave customers in the dark
Not a company I will be visiting soon unless they can give assurances of improvement.
