my order was never sent
I ordered on on a Wednesday with next day deliverery and I never got a dispatched email and it didn't arrive, I have tried ringing 10 times, left voice mails and an email and was never replied to, it always rang and then went to voice mail. I am extremely disappointed especially when they have even taken the money for the order. I will be contacting trading standards...

All goods very very well packaged and of good quality
The ordering process was quick and easy and they have everything I need in one place. The option to add delivery notes meant that the goods could be delivered in my absence which is very important. All in all just what you want a quick and easy shopping experience that delivers the goods.

Dodgy Delivery Experience
The prices are competitive and the product good. I was also impressed by the delivery info (texts to say when it was due and an on-line tracker system) but unfortunately it fell at the last hurdle as the parcel was left somewhere, apparently signed for by someone unknown to me, and I only discovered it by chance. Hopefully the product, not frozen on receipt, has not been spoiled. The parcel was not marked as frozen either, which might have alerted whoever received it to get it in the freezer ASAP or to contact me. I tried to contact the company about this issue a week ago but have not received a response from them as yet. Shame really as I was otherwise very pleased.

fantastic products and service
I'm very happy with the products and service i received from frozen reptile. My order arrived well packaged with everything still frozen solid, and the dry ice still working its magic. The variety frozen reptile offer is fantastic, the size choices are brilliant, and they stock some of the more unusual items, its the first place I've seen frozen rabbit pinkies for example.

What can I say used to by what I could where I could and get charged all kinds of price and some of the food was under weight and not the best. Now I go on the net put my order and it's there. They are uncontactable by phone and email, having lost count of the amount of phone and email messages requesting help with my order. Amazing purchase!
I have looked around so many website to find good deals on frozen reptile food and frozenreptile.co.uk has delivered satisfaction! I had ordered close to 200 frozen rats and it was delivered the following day at my work place. I had a dinner appointment that evening so didn't get home until late evening and the rats were still frozen hard as rock keeping the freshness. will definately buy from them again and highly recognment their services.

great easy to use service.
It was so easy to get exactly what I needed from frozen reptile, the sizes and the amount. Was just like going into an actual pet shop but without the hassle.
The delivery service was also good, i didn't have to stay in all day as I had a text an hour before delivery & it was like the mice had just come out of a freezer & the packaging was really secure.

My cat loves mice from frozen reptile.
My 3 year old abyssinian loves the mice from frozen reptile. She is on a totally raw diet and she has a couple of mice twice a week. She would eat them all the time but she needs a variety. Ordering from frozen reptile is so easy and being able to choose the delivery day is great. I would recommend them to anyone who needs raw food for their animals.

Site promises notification of delivery time, despite 4 emails and quoting my order number I could not even get a reply telling me the delivery day.
