Had to wait ages then got promised a refund on the postage and packaging so when i asked for this apparently they didn't tell me that pretty rubbish really and not reliable plus the the frozen rats was very frost bitten

Really bad service and communication
I sent an order back because it was frozen mice and I paid for overnight delivery and it was 2 days later it was delivered and it was not that cold that was on the 11/03/2014 it's now the 24/03/2014 and I am still waiting for the money to be paid back to me and they are not even answering my emails so I am going to my solicitor

Sold us goods which were out of stock
I ordered frozen rats, and specified a day for delivery when someone would be in to receive them and put them in the freezer. It was only then that we discovered they were not in stock and had to be sent on a different day. We could not guarantee someone being in; and the courier had to come back the next day. This completely defeats the process of sending frozen goods and getting them still frozen!

Nightmare on more than one occasion
Just before Xmas received my goods defrosted! This week the company were selling stock they did not have, more trouble than this company is worth changed, I have now changed supplier

Bit of a mix up on delivery, but apart from that, PERFECT
Mice arrived, well packed and frozen, will definitely order again.

Feel really let down!
Was a real shame that i got let down with my order. Was dispatched 2 days later that it should of been which was annoying because i had got the day booked off work. Tried to ring them 27 times over a 48 hour period and not once did they answer the phone, not once!
When i eventually got hold of them over email I was advised that there had been a problem with the dry ice and my order will be sent tonight. I just don't see why an email didn't go out that first evening it should of been dispatch, stating there had been a problem. Its not fair to keep customers in the dark and just not notify them
Overall I feel very disappointed and its unlikely i will be using them again

After placing an order for despatch on 13/3. I had not received a txt to confirm a delivery timeso I contacted them to find out when my delivery would arrive. I was informed that my delivery had been despatched on 13/3 and I would definitely receive it on friday 14/3. But there were problems with interlink and there deluvery information texts. By early afternoon I still had not received my order. I contacted them again to be told again that my order had been despatched and I would definately be delivered today. It did not arrive so I had waited in all day for nothing losing a days work. After leaving several emails I finally received a reply late monsay afternoon 17/3 to apologise for the delay there had been problems with the dry ice supplier ans my order would be despatched no later than Wednesday and was offered a refund of postage. However I have not reveived a refund but a credit to my account to be taken off my next order. I would have been more impressed if when I contacted them first thing Friday morning if they had tpld me that my order had been delayed ans not told lies and fobbwd me off twice. Waisting my time.

Very very slow
Very very slow delivery for £9 postage fee.
Ordered Saturday morning received Friday afternoon.
Quality of the frozen food is the same as anywhere else so not worth the £9 which actually made it more expensive that the others.
Anyway got my food but won't use again. Not because they were awful but just because there are far better available.

Items arrived in perfect condition, dry ice still fresh all items completely frozen solid. Excellent service , selection of products and great prices. Will defiantly use again. Great communication example when goods are dispatched ect.

Excellent All Round Service!!
The website was very easy to navigate, it was very clear what was in stock and was not. The choice of dispatch date was very handy. Received several email/txt from delivery service and the item arrived within the specified hour slot txt to me the morning of delivery. The rats were extremely well packaged and totally frozen upon arrival. This is not the first and definately will not be the last time I use them.

I have placed a number of orders recently. The quality of the items is excellent.
The delivery service is very good, with very accurate delivery schedules that are texted to me.
I had one issue with one of the items I ordered, it was dealt with very promptly and with very good communication.
I would recommend this company to anyone based on the service that I have had received.

RAPTOR RAPTURE!
Our newly acquired Harris Hawk has now received two deliveries of frozen food from this company.
The food arrived in perfect condition, on the due date and was high quality ( I have to take the bird's opinion on that because I obviously haven't tasted it myself )!
She's enjoying day old chicks and quail at the moment and is looking wonderful on it. She also fancied trying the duck necks so we have a bag of them in the freezer. I'm told our next delivery must include some rabbit because a girl needs variety in her life!
Happy bird & therefore happy humans.
