Essentially, our order for July 2025 still hasn't been delivered. Communication very poor. We are currently going through a Chargeback process with our bank to get our money back and the company has the nerve to contest it!
Edit: Our order was for paid at the start of August for delivery at the end of August. You are contesting the chargeback claim with our bank.

Absolutely shocking. Can’t get through to anyone whatsoever. No idea what’s happened to my order. 2 days late now and no sign of it. Raised a case with PayPal to get a refund. Avoid at all costs. No customer service at all and clearly don’t care about their customers. Don’t waste your time and money.
This was a birthday gift arrived 2days late fruit was mostly rotted strawberries all bad chocolate melted over everything all set Omer a bed of rotted brown lettuce leaves truly terrible gift absolute waste of money do not use these people they operate over several different names so be aware

This company is a scam. They will steal your money and not deliver what you order.
No delivery of goods on the day booked for - 10 July 2025. Called and was told I would get an email. No email. No answer when calling, just an answer phone message. If I could give a zero stars I would.
I ordered a large strawberry and marshmallow bouquet on the 1st July for delivery on the 4th July.
It was a thank you for my daughter as she was dog sitting for me.
On the 4th I had not received an email of delivery confirmation from the company or courier service.
I tried numerous times to phone and there was no answer. I messaged them on their website, no reply. When I eventually got through, the lady said that it was sent on the 3rd so should be delivered today 4th. DHL deliver up to 8pm, maybe I’d receive an email later that afternoon.
No email and no bouquet turned up. £9.99 delivery and a £50 bouquet charge overall £60.
After reading the above reviews I would avoid this company at all costs. They did not give me a tracking no of which they should have.
It is now the weekend and they are closed, hence writing this review.
I note the comments on the other reviews about not giving them time to look into it. However I phoned, spoke to someone and was basically told they couldn’t do anything I’d just have to wait.
Appalling customer service, you have let me down and now there is nothing I can do as I am away.
Absolutely disgraceful.
It is now the 7/7 & I have checked the order & it states pending fulfilment which means the order has not been sent. Either this company does not send the order out or their website is not correct. Still no email confirmation of delivery.
A further two phone calls to their number, one message left and a further email sent.
It is now almost 4pm and they close. I’ve made numerous calls. Left two messages and I’ve contacted them on tik tok. NO Response at all.
It appears that the bouquets that do not turn up are not important to this company, they’ve had my money and now move on to the next customer.
I would give you the benefit of the doubt if your advisor on Friday gave me a tracking number and you had sent me confirmation of this as it states in the email you would do. However when none of this is followed it is very hard not to believe that it was actually sent out. I will again try tomorrow to contact this company.

According to the lady they are not open on a Monday and this phone call was the first she had heard of me not receiving my order.

I was told they are extremely busy with weddings today….
If the lady had just been honest in the first place with me and apologised that they had not had time to check their emails then I may have been more accepting of this. To be told I may have emailed and left a message is not acceptable.
They don’t care about small orders clearly, my bouquet had apparently got lost.
Have the decency to apologise and you may not receive bad reviews. It may be DHL who is at fault as you said however my order is with you.
Lastly you said their system was down on Friday yet I received a package from Piglets Pantry and they used DHL I received an email from them too which is slightly odd.
The offer of another bouquet to my daughter’s address or workplace or a voucher was offered which lasted 12 months… your website states 6 months?
This was a thank you gift.
Their workplace will not allow this. However you said it can be left on the doorstep…. An edible item, no I don’t think so because if it arrives is a bad condition you will say it did not.
It’s actually laughable.
It is now the 16th July and still no acknowledgement or response to my complaint email. No email with the tracking information.
As per their T & Cs they will respond within five working days, this has passed and still no response.
Completely disappointed after leaving a note to hopefully deliver in the am and to wait a while for my parents to answer their door as they are disabled.
Firstly, their contact with myself was awful after several phone calls and no answers so I emailed, they emailed back saying in their rules they could deliver up to 7pm!!! Well her birthday would almost be over with but secondly, they delivered at 8.20pm!!!
They ruined my Mums birthday!!!!! She was in bed by then!!!
Also, they are ruining their own company if they are going to run it like this!!!! Disgusting customer service.
I will NEVER buy from them again and I will also tell others of our dealings with them.
SO DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They WILL let you down!!!!

I wouldn't normally mind if the situation gets resolved, but 6 months on and multiple emails sent I just feel ignored. What we received was enjoyable but one still hopes to receive what they paid for.
Double-check your order to ensure you get what you pay for.
Chocolate strawberries were really good and recommend them.
Absolutely happy with my bouquet of strawberry chocolates, they were delicious and arrived at a reasonable time
I had received a different bouquet for my birthday in May but sadly it arrived all broken and melted due to no fault of their own but they managed to give me a voucher and with that I got a new bouquet now for Christmas! I’m so thankful and happy for this outcome

Placed an order November 25, 2024 for a delivery on Thursday, November 28th and they never showed up. I've called multiple times, sent several emails, reached out through social media and still haven't received a response. This company basically stole $90 USD from me and won't refund me, provide a future voucher or deliver the fruit bouquet.

My 84 year old mum wanted to send something nice for myself and my children but she would have been better giving her money to charity. My mum spent £60 on a fruit bouquet and postage and what turned up was a dried up mess, with fruit amounting to around £5. My mum was so disappointed and immediately called the company who were rude and unhelpful. I also called and spoke to a female who really couldn’t care any less and when I sent her photos of it, came up with it the excuse that she couldn’t open the picture due to poor WiFi. I would never leave a bad review for anyone unless it was justified and trust me, this is justified.
They are always great to deal with and will try to help. Their fruit is always fresh and presented beautifully.

Oh dear lord, where to start. My sister (who lives in the USA) went through fruity bouquets to order my birthday present. She placed the order on 26 June for a 12 July event. Never arrived and my sister checked her email (especially her Spam folder) and phone religiously every day for any notice between her order date and delivery date and no contact was made. She tried to contact them through 3 emails, 2 messages through their website and 4 phone calls. To this day, they're still saying the did contact, but the 'proof is in the pudding' as they say. In this case, someone never bothered to even grocery shop for the pudding. Will NEVER order from there and sister is filing through PayPal for a refund.

My mum ordered a bouquet from here more than a week in advance, bouquet has still not turned up on 14th May when it was booked to arrive the 9th May. Even though we sent numerous emails which no one replies to, we have phoned multiple times and the phone doesn’t get answered and we have left voicemails finally today after more than 20 unanswered phone calls and emails my mother got through and by now was obviously extremely frustrated something which could have been avoided if the first email had been answered, and was told she would not get a refund as it was the couriers fault! Instead she has been offered a credit note, a credit note for another bouquet that won’t arrive! And they are resending it, More than a week late. As a business myself who uses couriers every day I make sure I have a reliable courier and if my courier lets me down I take the hit, not my customer as that is good customer service. This company fails badly in delivering what it advertises and also on their customer service and aftercare.
Great, very professional and was able to help us out at short notice.
I didn’t get a change to sample the sweets myself but my guests definitely enjoyed!
The presentation was lovely too.
