Tall and unique! I ordered two pairs and thought I was gonna have to return one. I figured out the problem. These shoes are unstable on uneven surfaces such as carpet. When I initially put them on I walked on the carpet and rolled my ankle. I put them on again and walked on the wood floors and they were fine. I love these shoes!! I messaged the seller and was so happy with how they handled everything! Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I love the vegan suede boots, which are a challenge to find. I won't wear leather. They run a little small, so I had to exchange for a 1/2 size up. FSJ was responsive and immediately exchanged one size for the other.

I had an order, but by mistake I ordered a small size, I wrote with the expectation that they would argue that they either have normal sizes or something else, which is usually what others do and mostly! other manufacturers. But here for the human attitude I am simply in a pleasant shock ☺️😍, not only did they send me my size, but they also respond in a timely manner and get in touch. Thank you very much for such service. Now I only have you 🙏🏼🥰

Everything was perfect, however I was left wondering about the material of the shoes which I have yet to receive. I was wondering if shoes are leather and heel is wood. Other that that I was extremely happy!

I ordered a pair of shoes, but when they arrived the heel was just too high for me to walk in. I had not realized what a big wedge the shoe had, I reached out to customer service about their return policy, and they let me pick out a new pair of shoes and sent them to me. And told me to go ahead and keep the old pair.
I am very pleased with their customer service.

This was my first order from FSJ, they made an incredibly beautiful thigh-high boots by custom measure for me, which has become the most beautiful piece of my wardrobe. Everyone is amazed and I get a lot of compliments when I wears them. These boots made me so happy, because I couldn't find anywhere this kind of model in my size that I have wanted so much already, but FSJ was able to manufacture. They followed the given measure datas by me very accurately and heels are statically strong and stable. The boots fit like a glove along on my leg perfectly, as if they were molded on me and are very comfortable despite of their high heel.
FSJ is indeed not the cheapest webshop, but it is absolutely worth the price if you are looking for a very special, unique or custom made model that you won't see on anyone legs on the street. (Just like if they were designer piece.)
Communication with customer support was fast and smooth, all my problems in theme of shipping were quickly resolved. Unfortunately, it had to wait a really long time for the package arrive, that is true, but the shipping company was to blame for that, not the manufacturer, because they finished my boots relatively quickly, however they were made by hand.
Overall, I am very satisfied with FSJ and will definitely order from here again very soon.

I just love love the wedges I got. I’ve been searching for heels for the longest time that fit me. I’m so glad I found them as they carry so many sizes and helped me pick the correct size. I usually wear 5 but I ordered a 4.5 and it fit perfectly. So happy with the order.

I was extremely happy with my FSJ shoes. I received complements and they made my legs look great. I, however, had an issue with the left shoe after a couple of wears, but customer service was available to save the day. A replacemenet pair were provided with no questions asked, other than providing an image of the problem. I am very happy and pleased with their no excuse and easy replacement policy. Outstanding customer service. The original pair of shoes I bought ended up being too small though I ordered my usual size. They were very pointy therefore narrow and when I contacted customer service, they sent me a brand new pair in another size that fit perfectly. I highly recommend this company. They stand by their product and the shoes were beautiful. I got the black velvet ballet flats with the bow and they are just gorgeous. I will definitely buy from this company again.

I had ordered two pair of shoes from fsj and at first was not happy with the time in which I got them because of a glitch because I wanted hem customize, but as soon as I got in touch with them, they immediately responded and give me back a refund

Honestly, FSJ's customer service has been examplary. Initially the shoes ordered did not fit well, so FSJ requested a video of my wife's feet in the ordered shoes. They actually used this video to custom-make a new pair of shoes for her based on what they learned from it - really quite amazing. Unfortunately the replacement shoes got lost in shipping and were falsely tagged as "delivered" by the shipping company. To rectify this, they made ANOTHER pair and re-sent it via DHL at no additional cost. The entire customer service experience has been nothing but impressive, and without any language problems, either. I want to thank Cara and Xuequin of the Support Team for their efforts in making things right. Yes, it took a while - but they did everything they could, and I appreciate that.
