You have great designs on your cowgirl boots and I found just what I wanted. The prices are almost too good to be true and I hope the quality is good. I want leather boots but didn't see any indication the two I ordered will be in leather. If not, your return policy will allow me to return them

They have been excellent with communication. They helped me with a replacement pair of
Boots as the first ones were too small. They were shipped directly as soon as possible. I will order again for sure. Thanks team!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from FSJ Shoes.

I placed an order on February 14 and paid $174.30 in full for a pair of custom boots. After placing the order, I received only a confirmation email and no updates for weeks about the status of my purchase.

When I contacted customer support about the delay, they told me the shoes had finally shipped but blamed the logistics company for the issue. Instead of offering a proper solution, they only offered a $30 partial refund on a $174 order.

As a customer, I expected better communication and service. Waiting weeks with no updates and then being offered a small partial refund is frustrating and disappointing.

I hope FSJ Shoes improves their customer service and communication for future buyers. At the moment, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Cara, is excellent. She stayed with me all the way to the finish line. The boots are beautiful, just absolutely, gorgeous. I'm glad I purchased them. I will be ordering more items from this seller.

I like the products you offer but I suggest you provide an anticipated arrival date when an order is placed and offer expedited shipping during checkout.

I placed an order on February 4. I received an email that my order shipped on February 9th. I was sent a tracking number but no update on where my package is. I sent an email to FSJ BUT NO RESPONSE! I need my package before February 27th for an important event! This is totally ridiculous!!! I tried to reach out to the courier but nothing at this point I need a refund!

Although the shoes didn’t fit and I had to exchange them, the staff handled everything very politely, which made me feel reassured.

I had received some shoes as a Christmas present from my family. I didn't care for one of the styles and wanted to return it. I contacted them and asked if I could return or exchange it. I was able to find another pair I liked, and they were kind enough to send them to me. I love their shoes!

I like the idea that you can get your shoes that are fashionable and boots and have them custom made for your feet. Thing I would suggest is to have the website set up so that people can buy the stock mass produced shoes in one location and people that are interested in buying the custom made shoes in another location. On the site, it makes you pick a size, but if you're having custom made shoes, it should be based off of your measurements, not a stock size.

Great customer service. It was my first time ordering from this brand. I usually order two sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit. Well they emailed me and said to measure my feet. They can only release one shoe size and can grant a free exchange of it doesn’t fit. Thank goodness I had enough time before my wedding date.
I’m usually a size 6.5 or 7. But for this brand, I was a size 5.5. I started with the 6.5 and then sent a video showing how big the shoe was. They recommended 5.5 and it fits perfectly. I do have a long second toe however I’m not a size 5.5 anywhere. That I don’t get. Anyhow, they were responsive to my emails. Will definitely order another 5.5 heel:)
