I had received some shoes as a Christmas present from my family. I didn't care for one of the styles and wanted to return it. I contacted them and asked if I could return or exchange it. I was able to find another pair I liked, and they were kind enough to send them to me. I love their shoes!

I like the idea that you can get your shoes that are fashionable and boots and have them custom made for your feet. Thing I would suggest is to have the website set up so that people can buy the stock mass produced shoes in one location and people that are interested in buying the custom made shoes in another location. On the site, it makes you pick a size, but if you're having custom made shoes, it should be based off of your measurements, not a stock size.

Great customer service
Great customer service. It was my first time ordering from this brand. I usually order two sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit. Well they emailed me and said to measure my feet. They can only release one shoe size and can grant a free exchange of it doesn’t fit. Thank goodness I had enough time before my wedding date.
I’m usually a size 6.5 or 7. But for this brand, I was a size 5.5. I started with the 6.5 and then sent a video showing how big the shoe was. They recommended 5.5 and it fits perfectly. I do have a long second toe however I’m not a size 5.5 anywhere. That I don’t get. Anyhow, they were responsive to my emails. Will definitely order another 5.5 heel:)

Total scam
On January 10th, I placed an order and paid $141.25. Since then, I have received not a single email, no order confirmation, no tracking number, and absolutely no information about where my package is or when (if ever) it will arrive.
No communication, no support, no transparency. Just silence after taking my money.
This looks like a complete scam. Avoid this website at all costs.

The shoes I ordered were too small
The shoes I ordered were too small. I emailed them wanting my refund however they said the shipping would be international and better if I were to exchange them . They said they would air them so the new pair of boots fit, asked for my measurements. I did that and the 2nd pair of boots was worst off then the first pair. They did not fit! After all these they finally said to return both boots back to a Las Vegas address which is not internationally. I could have avoided this by returning only one to begin with and now they expect me to ship out both ?! Don't order with them. They have out of country representatives that only reply back at 3am .

The Most Beautiful Shoes I’ve Ever Owned
Today I received my second pair of amazing shoes from FSJ. They are the most beautiful shoes I’ve ever owned and I can’t believe they were only $112. They are a copy of a pair of $1,200 Italian high heel sandals with delicate leaves made of gold. I ordered them in a flash as the first pair I bought, are stylish, comfortable and the craftsmanship is excellent. FSJ Shoes are custom made in central China and, while the factory will turn the shoes out in 2 days, it takes about two weeks or more to receive them. Trust me, they are worth the wait!

I ordered a pair of beautiful shoes for 50Th photo shoot. Well by the time the package reach my mailbox it was NO shoes but a ugly sweater instead. I reached to them and sent pictures. In the beginning they were saying $15 credit, then $25 credit. I was like that isn't going to work for $100 something dollars that I spent and I don't have any shoes for my 50th photo shoot that has been ruined. In the end after several emails they sent all my funds back too me. Am still disappointed in what I received verses what I ordered
