Price a little high

Worse company to work with. 3rd party Amazon vendor will not comply with return after 3 months. Amazon no help

I had a fit issue that was resolved and I received a beautiful pair of boots custom made that fit perfectly!

The high heels I bought were a perfect fit and the customer service was incredible. Thank you.

I am grateful for how attentive F5J Shoes Customer Service Agents are. They are thorough and the assistance to correct an issue is outstanding, helping to diminish any frustrations one may have knowing you are dealing with a company that actually cares for you, the customers/ the consumer.

The sort feature saved me valuable time finding the exact type of shoes for which I was looking!

The Customer Service Department was great. I emailed them once I received my order. I let them know that I had not realized that the boots I ordered were dupes and not the original as pictured on their website. They emailed back right away. After a series of back and forth emails, they helped me to resolve the issue.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoes from YDN Shoes, and I was so impressed by their service. Not only did they offer me a free replacement, but they also let me keep the original pair — which I was able to gift to a friend! The whole process was easy and hassle-free. Amazing customer service and a company that truly stands behind their customers. Highly recommend!

I was very happy to get my boots. I did think they looked green in the picture though. Even though I thought I was ordering green, they are beige, I will keep them because they are really comfortable and great looking.

They are at least two sizes too big (going by the measurement chart provided).
They stink of cheap and nasty glue. Are extremely poorly put together, not aligned, with strings/globs of glue visible. Totally weak and synthetic.
This company does not provide return shipping so you are out of pocket nearly as much as the shoes to return them if you are overseas 👿
So disappointed - what a RIP OFF!

This is my second purchase. Excellent customer service. I WhatsApp them and get an immediate response. Shoes are custom made and come in a timely manner. The shoes were too big so they offered to send me another pair and donate the shoes that didn't fit. The shoes they replaced still didn't fit right so they sent a 3rd pair. Again, donated this pair too. I read the bad reviews but believe the company is trying to change their customer service. They immediately respond and truly go out of their way to accommodate your issues; mine are wide front feet. I am a real customer. I live in South Texas.

Cara from FSJ Shoes has been incredibly helpful and kind. I purchased shoes for my wedding but they weren’t quite right (by my fault). I emailed them to see what my options are and Cara has arranged for them to be redone to suit my wishes and I’m beyond grateful. I highly recommend them, the customer service is outstanding!

I purchased a pair of beautiful American Flag heels. I ordered my usual size but when they arrived, they were way too big. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly.. They resolved my issue very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely buy from them again.

I received my boots within 2 weeks. Immediately tried them on any reached out to the company to express they didn't fit in a certain area. Thinking I would hear back from them in a few days. Within an hour they reached back out to help. Keep in mind today is thanksgiving and we'll after business hours. They have went above and beyond to make sure I am a happy returning customer. I'm looking forward to wearing my boots and bragging about my experience with them.

Just like many other Chinese companies when you order they advertise one very nice high-end looking version on the website and when you actually receive the item they send you a extremely cheap poor quality item that is not actually the same as what was advertised to you when you made the purchase. They sent a cheap poorly made imitation that looks so cheap that you wouldn't even be willing to keep it or wear it. Typically when you pay $100 for a pair of high heels you expect a certain level of quality. The products that was delivered to me was extremely different than what was in the picture and also poor quality. I ordered a high heel that showed it was a very ultra slim stiletto heel and what was delivered to me was a chunky almost 1 in thick heel . You could see where the leather was cut and cheaply glued together . Also the item online look like the front of the toe was perfectly pleated in a very nice organized polished looking design. When I received the shoe that they sent me it looked like the material had just been smashed, crumpled and wrinkled and didn't look anything like the polished looking nice high heel that I thought I had ordered. Chinese companies do this and they offer you a 50% refund knowing it cost them far less than that to make the shoe and they still make a profit. They know that you're not willing to send the item all the way back to China because of the cost which is the only option for return and you have to pay for the cost of the return and there's no certainty for tracking and arrival after it leaves the United states. There are aware of this and it is part of their scheme to put up false advertising for a far nicer item and then send you a very cheaply made poor quality item that cost them very little to make and then offer you 50% refund where they will still make a profit knowing you are unlikely to mail it back to china. This is the scam.

This was the seller's response that they are willing to give you a 50% refund knowing that after they sent you a cheap quality cheaply made version that they will still make a profit even after sending you a partial refund. They offered this Knowing that you're only other option is to mail the product all the way back to China without any certainty of tracking and to pay the cost of that as well. This is all part of the scam we're either way the customer loses money. This is not acceptable and companies like this must be stopped . They know what they're doing when they are making false advertising and not sending the exact item. I have provided pictures of the advertisement as well as the actual heel received showing the poor quality that you can see where the leather is cut and glued together. For an example I also put the product next to the type of stiletto heel that it was supposed to be to show that it is notably different than what was in the photos . A stiletto heater and a chunky heel are two different things.

The silver heel example in the picture provided is the type of heel that was in the advertisement and the type of slim heel that this product should have been. I thought I was ordering the heel off of the website that had a super thin stiletto heal. I also showed the crumpled cheap fake leather version of the front of the shoe compared to the advertisement that looks like a well polished well made shoe with nicely folded pleats. The heel and the advertisement looks like a nice heel that you would spend $100 on. The cheap junk that I received is something that you would not even wear that looks materially different and is not the same style or what I was advertised . I should not have to incur any cost of any kind for false advertising. This happens far too often with Chinese products where they send a cheap poor quality version. Companies like this should have to incur the cost of their false advertising. Not the customer. This is not acceptable.  The response is a lie. I received no email and I tried to submit for a full refund as well as try to submit it through PayPal On My Own Credit Card . They have not responded to the Better Business Bureau either
