Excellent aftersales when we had a problem with the tank supplied. The problem, which involved a replacement tank (the faulty tank was full of oil). The replacement was handled professional with speed and care. All done without fuss or quibble. Would recommend this or any of allied businesses on this excellent experience. Thank you FTS!

Order delivered faster than expected.
Pretty straightforward order that was competitive in price, delivered ahead of schedule. Would be happy to purchase from them again.

Shocking service
Placed an order after confirming item was in stock on the phone.... waited when nothing had arrived called and was told it had not been dispatched as they were waiting on parts.. asked for it to be dispatched for next day delivery.
next day i get a dispatched today notification.....
Still haven't received my pump - chased them multiple times... get promises but no results

I chose my Oil Tank Monitor, Magnus Monitor's Hawki and it arrived a couple of days later. It was easy to fit and to register with the app.
I got Excellent and fast support from Magnus Monitors when we enquired how to add another phone despite it being the weekend. Never had that before!

My order of a Watchman for my oil tank was dispatched quickly and with no issues.

A bizarre experience with FTS. I ordered a fuel bunker which was delivered damaged with several knocks scratches & bumps. I sent a polite email with photos explaining that I didn’t want to unwrap it completely in case it affected the warranty etc. FTS accepted the damages but chose not to replace the bunker but instead decided to refund me? I still wanted a bunker & asked why they couldn’t replace it but didn’t receive an answer. They subsequently collected their damaged goods & refunded me. I’ve since heard that they do sell 2nd hand bunkers & maybe I got one of these. I’ve since purchased the exact same bunker from a different supplier which was delivered in very good condition.

Would not hesitate to recommend FTS. They are very responsive, professional and friendly, we always get a cheerful reply when contacting via telephone too!

I’m not a plumber and needed advice to replace my Tigerloop. They took the time to double check the part I needed via email, photographs and telephone. I was expecting the part to arrive 5 days later (being the weekend) but instead it arrived the very next morning!!
