David was polite, knowledgeable, tidy and efficient. New boiler was installed and up and running in a morning. Reasonable price, 10 year guarantee and interest free credit. Very pleased.

The reason I chose Fuller Heating for the installation of a replacement gas boiler was based on the initial site visit where all the details of the job were fully evaluated and explained. The installation team arrived two weeks later and explained what they were doing - step by step and were courteous. The installation was neat and tidy and everything went to plan.

I discovered Fuller Heating at a local building and renovation show in Farnborough. At our last service on our old boiler the engineer warned us that parts for this model were getting hard to find, so Fuller's stand caught my attention, not least because they had the latest Worcester-Bosch model on show.

We asked for a visit and a quote to replace our elderly boiler. A few days later Fuller's called to arrange a site visit by Adrian after which the quotation arrived a few days later, which we accepted and were given a date for the work.

The engineer (Dave) arrived at the time agreed and started work immediately, disconnecting the original boiler and draining down the system.

The installation took a couple of days during which Dave found a problem with the original installation which needed a new part. This had to be ordered from the manufacturer, so rather than leave us without heating he fitted a temporary workaround fix which allowed the system to work safely.

Dave returned with the necessary parts a couple of days later and soon we had a fully functional heating system again.

All the work was carried out professionally and rhe site was always left clean and tidy. Fuller's kept me informed at all times and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. We had multiple problems with our old heating system, pump needed changing and subsequently the boiler too. The engineers were very friendly kept us informed and the system working as best it could,, while improving its resilience and making it easier to maintain in the future. The office explained our options and the relative costs between maintenance and replacement

Fuller Heating have been servicing our boiler for several years so when the time came to replace it we were very happy to ask them to do so. The work was completed with efficiency and courtesy by David and Mark and the house left clean and tidy at the end of both days. We are more than happy with the result which we are quite sure, with a new and more efficient boiler (Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000), will mitigate some of the effects of the upcoming fuel price increases.

David and Adrian removed our old Boiler and installed a Worcester Greenstar 4000 Combi Boiler in our loft. They were efficient,helpful & cheerful throughout and did a really good job. David even removed our old thermostat & controller + redundant wiring that wasn't live.
