Fuller Heating helped us out when our boiler failed just at onset of winter.
Our previous Gas Heating engineer had ceased trading in the pandemic.
Within 2 weeks they installed a new boiler and carried out the ancillary work required .
They came recommended from 2 friends in Ashtead and we were extremely appreciative of their prompt assistance at a very busy time for their company and staff.

Did have a moment of panic when a few days after installation a Systems Fault Code appeared on screen but was an opportunity to learn and by following the instructions problem easily resolved.

We had to wait a while for staff availability, but having used Fullers before we knew that they would do a good job. Although the J&S boiler was comparatively new, the ducting dated from the original build (1963) and had decades of accumulated fluff & dust in it. The hot water system was dependent on a feed from a 50 gallon galvanised loft tank, which was very rusty and calcified - with outlet valves inoperable and both hot & cold taps with very poor flow rates. Dave took out the J&S, installed the Worcester in a more convenient under-the-stairs cupboard, ran under floor piping, installed the radiators, removed redundant piping, cylinder & pressure vessel, replaced the broken house stop cock with a lever valve, and connected up the hot & cold supplies, which now have excellent pressure. He was very thoughtful and meticulous with cutting lifting floorboards, and his soldered copper pipe work is elegant. Inevitably he encountered a number of obstacles (there are no house plans or drawings) and in consultation with Adrian came up with pragmatic solutions. Dave finished the job by actually replacing bricks where the J&S flue had been so there is no sign of the original hole. Dave is extremely courteous and every morning would tell us what his goal was for the day. He left provision for expansion should we decide to convert the garage. Dave's last day was a Saturday, and on Monday we received the Worcester Bosch Guarantee. Definitely a 5 star implementation.

We were impressed with David who did an excellent job. Two old boilers removed and a single boiler installed. The issues that arose were tackled by David very professionally and competently. We would certainly recommend Fullers to family and friends.

From the initial quote to the finished work we felt Fuller Heating cared about doing their best for the customer. We had a new boiler fitted and they made sensible suggestions to improve problems we had had with the system before. All work completed to a high standard.

Fuller Heating replaced an old boiler situated in a kitchen cupboard. Due to new regulations it was not straight forward, but an excellent and neat job was made. The engineers arrived on time, were always polite and helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mark the gas engineer did an outstanding job installing our new Worcester boiler and central heating extension. At all times, Mark's workmanship was of very high quality, despite a number of unexpected difficulties with the old existing system pipework.

Excellent job by David at Fuller heating. Replaced by eol Ideal for a Worcester Bosch 32cdi compact. Professionally fitted to Worcester's specification and expectation. Fullers has been servicing my boilers for over 10 years. When my heating packed up (in the middle of winter, naturally) Fullers did a great job replacing the boilers, upgrading the pipework and much else. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have got the impression that time at the job is of the essence and perhaps time spent on site is rationed. As a customer I feel more time could have been spent with me to help me understand the workings of the system.
On the day following commissioning I required assistance as the temperature fluctuated. A Saturday is not a good day to report a fault albeit with a system still under guarantee/warranty.
Once contact had been established it was possible to get an operative to revisit the site and arrange corrective action.

Replace gas boiler in a confined space under worktop. Modifications to pipework to suit, and update system. Fit new pump, and power flush CH system. Being an Accredited Worcester Bosch installer, you receive a professional service with a competitive quotation, a heating engineer that will keep you informed, and achieve the best installation to suit your needs.

I received a competitive quote from Fuller and went ahead with the installation of a new Worcester Bosch boiler in a new position, removing the old boiler, tank, cylinder and pump. The engineers were very hard working and efficient, socially distancing and masks so I felt secure having them in my home. All done and dusted on time despite being a complex job.

REPLACE OLD BOILER WITH COMBI BIOLER AND NEW SHOWER AT SHORT NOTICE. PROVIDED TWO MEN TO COMPLETE QUICKLY WITH AS LITTLE INCONVENIENCE AS POSSIBLE, BOTH EXPLAINED WORK AND WERE NEAT AND TIDY. EXCELLENT AND POLITE.
