Great Service....

I ordered Range Rover Ride-on for my son and I made a mistake with color. Contacted company and they've changed it for me to the one I wanted. Item arrived next working day as promised. Communication was well and I highly recommend this company to others. Prices are also better than anywhere else.

Disappointed

I specifically chose this company as it said the item was in stock and would be delivered in 10-15 days. At other outlets the item was out of stock. I found this statement to be untrue when I received an email via little tykes saying my order was rejected because they didn't have my telephone number. So obviously it was out of stock and now my grandson hasn't received his birthday present on time.

Customer Services? What a Joke!

Purchased a trampoline with many parts missing. Contacted Fun4kids customer services. (Note . If your lucky to find their phone number on the net, it's not active. Any issues you might have means emailing only and waiting for a reply)
Other than being copied into a couple of emails between 2 of the staff (it must be too much effort to politely address me by my name), I have had no correspondence from them whatsoever despite 4 weeks passing.
In the end I had to contact the manufacturer myself to gain the missing parts.
I wonder if they will ever get in touch?
Whoever managers the CS dept needs to have a good look at how staff deal with their customers . I certainly won't be one again.

Great service and after as,es care

Bought a Trampoline from fun4kids which was a great price and delivered really quickly. Having had reported a faulty part via email, was pleasantly surprised by the really quick and positive response from the customer care team. Replacement part sent out immediately with no quibbles. Really good to know that some companies still see the need for good customer care and would certainly recommend Kids4Fun to family and Friends.

Poor communication

I ordered a Palm Springs hot tub off these and it took over a month to arrive, very poor communication with one of their staff, seemed to fob me off all the time!

Good quality, fast delivery.

I ordered a replacement trampoline bed, only website with one for a trampoline with 5.5 inch springs. Really good price and fast delivery. Seems to be good quality, hopefully it will last a while. Would recommend this company and website.

Mixed bag

Price and original service were good. I paid for next day delivery and only got 1 of my 3 boxes. After a lot of messing around and a complete inability to phone anyone (as you can't find a valid number that is answered anywhere) the issues were rectified over e-mail and delivery of the other 2 boxes made quite quickly. Slight issue was that my partner (who had no involvement in this purchase) complained and was dealt with yet I was not because they did not want to complaints open - they should have been dealing with me as I ordered and complained first.Still not received refund for not getting next day delivery though! Equipment was fine, instructions pants (but manufacturer issue rather than fun4kids along with fact that part broke during construction).

I would use them again (which sounds a bit crazy) and things were rectified reasonably quickly but they should have a customer phone line to deal with this issue in a more personable way.

Unprofessional

Ordered my item and paid, stated available in stock for next day delivery only to be informed that it wasn't in stock for a further 2 weeks, so my time was wasted and my item didn't arrive for my sons birthday, leaving me no time to purchase elsewhere, unhappy customer who won't be returning and will tell others not to either

Buy elsewhere. Shocking online experience with no customer service for when things go wrong

Don't trust delivery estimates. Quoted 2 days - Still awaiting delivery after almost 2 weeks.

Poor customer service. No phone number to call. Emails take a couple of days to respond. I resorted to Facebook but even then it appeared automated failing to answer questions, return my calls or offer solutions or recompense.

Failure to control sub suppliers and contractors. Buck was passed to supplier of toy who ultimately did not control their freight company well. Tracking indicates items were with the freight company for more than a week but they did not ship.

Had to call freight company back after a voicemail was left asking if I would be available for delivery on Monday, called back within minutes to be told the driver left the depot without my order because they couldn't be sure I would be in! Only then to be informed the order was incomplete with only 7 out of 8 packages available for delivery!

Really disgusted with the overall ineptitude of these clowns. This is not a toy shop people - this is a circus.

If their are any flaws with the item it's getting shipped straight back. The website says hassle free returns - I'm genuinely tempted to send it back just to see how badly they can screw this up!

My daughters are eager to play in their playhouse which was planned to be installed in time for my youngests birthday party - thanks to fun 4 kids this did not happen. As a result we have been left explaining to 2 children that this will not happen for a while now.

My overall experience has been tarnished by some very amateur behaviour on the part of fun4kids their supplier and their freight company. The website is very professional but their post sale performance is very poor indeed. It would take a great deal of convincing for me to choose this website again. If you can find items elsewhere buy them there!

I would have more confidence if I got the feeling that someone at fun4kids was taking responsibility for this mess after all the order was placed on them and NOT their subsuppliers. Trust pilot is also a good system but I can't help but feeling it's another faceless customer service tool. I doubt anyone from fun4kids read anything other than the good reviews let alone do anything about it.

A very disappointed customer and consoler of two very upset children. I will struggle to trust this company again and very unhappy with their inability to proactively seek to resolve or recompense any inconvenience caused.

Excellent service

The Grand children needed a new trampoline and the best one I could find at the best price was the one on the fun for kids website. I ordered my item in the afternoon and to my surprise it was delivered the next day, post free. Now that is service. Well done to all excellent service. Will definitely purchase again from you.

refusal to repair or replace goods of unsatisfactory quality

I ordered a scooter for my son, very soon after delivery the rear wheel valve broke off. I contacted Fun4kids by the only method available; email to ask them to repair or replace (Trying to be as flexible and accommodating as I could because these things happen). However Fun4Kids refused to fix the scooter and offered a new inner tube and then a new tyre for me to fit or someone else to fit at my expense. Why should I undertake a tricky replacement which might go wrong? I politely reminded them of their obligations under the Sales of Goods Act; that they are responsible for repairing or replacing unsatisfactory quality goods. However Fun4kids appeared to be uninterested in this and did not continue the correspondence. Unfortunately I was forced to write to them twice and without a response, to take them to the small claims court to retrieve my money. Fun4kids appear to have decided they were at fault as they generously refunded my money and my costs the day before a judgement was entered against them. I made the broken scooter available to them for them to retrieve at their convenience but they have not been in touch. This is my experience of fun4kids.
