universal remote control for electric ride on car.
Impossible to find on the web site, could not find it on accessories page, tried all kinds of descriptions, was eventually told exactly what to put in the search box, and up it came. Bought it, and it works fine. Got there eventually. Search box needs some attention please, and the accessory pages need to show all items associated with my search. Thanks again for supplying a successful part.

Great experience and the product arrived exactly when ordered. The trampoline is excellent quality and goes together really well. The instructions are not great which is why the review is not 5 stars. I would recommend this company and product.

Frustrated with customer service
Electric scooter arrived with faulty/missing part. Customer services still not sent a replacement and told me to use pliers to fix the issue. My son still can't use his birthday present and I can't call them to try and resolve easily. Fed up with the email exchange

Easy To Order
Easy to order but not so easy to contact. No contact phone number whatsoever so if like me you make a mistake with the delivery address you have to contact online and wait 24 hours for a reply (by then the order had been delivered!) Although the product is great and arrived safely I would be put off ordering again with a contact email or number for the company.
