Purchased a trampoline no delivery confirmation was sent so left unsure when item would delivered.

Emails were not responded to for over 2 days! No phone numbers are available so only communication with company is to wait for slow replies!

We to address were shop is registered to find a residential flat with letter box with numerous business names on.

Left waiting not know what's was going on for days!

Avoid this company as I believe it is someone's part time job with no customer service

Recommended by a friend . Ordered trampoline 1 o'clock previous day and was deliveried 9am next morning, item was as described and good quality would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

It is a wonderful replica and my grand daughter really loves it every bit. It is her favourite red metallic colour. Her first battery operated car and she is extremely proud of it, in particular the key operated real engine switching, music and horn. Hopefully it will maintain its beauty and functionality for another 2 years when she may grow out of it and want something bigger.

Excellent service, efficient and prompt. Made shopping a pleasure.

I ordered a scooter for my daughter on the 13th July 2015 .. I paid twenty pounds to have this delivered within 3 days ... I am still waiting for it to arrive ..today being the 24th July ..11 days later .

I have been in contact with TNT and they have said that they called twice and posted a card through my door .. unless I have a card fairy in my house that I am unaware of .. TNT have never been to my house ..

A long story short .. I have a 7 year old daughter still waiting for her scooter ..The parcel is on its way bank to fun4kids who have said that once they receive it back they will resend it ... guess what via TNT who could not find my house in the first place ..and so it will roll on......what fun ....

I wish they were as quick to deliver as they were to take the money out of my bank account ... If not here by start of week. I will be looking for a full refund ..

quick delivery - definitely needs 2 people to construct, but instructions are reasonably easy to follow & we had no major problems. Kids love it, so no complaints here. Looks nice too (we got the blue one)

The trampoline is fantastic. Would definitely recommend BUT don't rely on delivery times. Arrived two days late. No phone number to call so had to communicate through E-mail which took 12 hours to get a response. Was then given a tracking number but this didn't work either! Fab product if your not in a rush for it to arrive.

The pool arrived and is fine. However the cover which is not under guarantee lasted a wk before it split at the seems. I thought maybe as it is obviously not fit for purpose as a good will gesture fun4 might have replaced it but no they referred me to the manufacturer who referred me back again, so looks like I'm buying a new one. The filter which also has no guarantee leeks and only filters the surface water. The pool only has a six month guarantee and to be honest I am wondering how long after that is going to last. A lot of money ro spend for something I'm not too sure about now.

Great trampoline. Perfect for my 6yr old. The instructions weren't great but that could be me. It took 2 people less than an hour to put up. Delivery was very quick and ordering easy..

Item returned but money was not refunded quickly so I opened a PayPal case. Fun4kids responded very quickly at this point but I was told they could not issue a refunded until I closed the case as 'Paypal wouldn't allow them', they also informed me there would be a £25 restocking fee! Upon trying to closing the case, PayPal warn you not to close the case until a refund has been received as the case can not be reopened. I'm sure fun4kids were fully aware of this fact and lied to me. Because of this i escalated to a claim with PayPal a refund was issued within 12hrs!

I orderd a lazy spa and paid extra for a date of delivery knowing I would be in all that day,but the spa arrived 2 days earlier when I wasn't at home luckily a neighbour took in the large parcel and I got it when I arrived home , the money was only extra 4 pounds and ive not even bothered asking for it back it was the inconvenience for my neighbours that bothers me otherwise everything great

I ordered a pool from them, it turned up when they said it would, so all is good on that front, cant really comment on anything else. A smooth trouble free transaction, as it should be.

I bought a trampoline net which appears to be good quality. It arrived within two days. The only downside is that the postage cost is quite expensive

Ordered spare parts for trampoline. Arrived 36 hours later. Fantastic

Spent over £200 with this company, items arrived we set it up, fill the pool with over 6000 litres of water, heat it, children play in it one evening, next day split in pool and water everywhere!!!
No phone number to speak to anyone just email, who eventually res pond tell you to contact the manufacturer not them!! YOU SOLD IT, YOU HAD THE MONEY!! Very poor service and if you research the 'sale of goods act' YOU are responsible not passing the buck!! Would NEVER buy anything of them again!!! Still waiting for a reply on my last email 3 days ago!!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Order process easy, delivered on time and product was excellent. Would use Fun4kids.co.uk again and have already recommended them to friends.

I purchased the Lay Z Spa Monaco. An excellent product at a good price. Fun4Kids uses TNT, who have a poor track record in my area. The Spa was delivered late (for a garden party) due to TNT running out of time, Fun4Kids did provide a small goodwill gesture after a few emails. However I have no reason to believe that they are taking this up with TNT or taking any action to prevent this sort of thing. Avoid for time critical items.

Used FUN4KIDS for the first time as they were very cheap. Got confirmation email and delivered a few days after site said but no big deal. The tracking company they use was not great as it didn't give upto date details on the delivery which was a shame (think it may have been used by Plum who supplied the trampoline).
Would definitely buy from these again

great price excellent product. which is easy to assemble. Helps to have two of you doing it. Bring on the sun.
