Decided to return a scooter as it wasn't fully height adjustable, but I had no problems with the supplier and it was dealt with quickly.

Ordered a 14ft Trampoline which stated it was in stock. The delivery was delayed by about a week which was disappointing, but communication was good throughout.

If I want to buy something...Garry Mills replies almost instantly. Got a question again he replies instantly...... Find proof, send via email.......suddenly no contact!!!!!!

Bought a trampoline..as others have said delivery, speed -excellent. Have a problem with product, message and get a speedy reply with instructions how to purchase replacement. Confirm with receipt that's it's still way under its 1year guarantee... No response!!!!
As other have said tried three numbers all dead. Contacted others on social media who have same problem, emailed, messages on FB etc.....NO RESPONSE.

After searching EBAY for a charger for my son's quad i contacted the fun4kids seller of the same quads and asked if they done replacement chargers. they was very quick to respond and instructed me to there website to order the replacement.

We ordered a trampoline as a surprise birthday present for our children. It arrived within two days which was perfect - it meant we could put it up when the children were in bed and they had a great surprise on the morning of the birthday.

Ordered razor moped it arrived within a few days.Front mud-guard was broken in box however emailed them and they sent a new one the next day.They dont have a telephone number to contact just email.This is a xmas present so hasnt been used but seems to be working fine.well worth the money as its really sturdy.

Did not try to contact me to tell me when it would be delivered. When they tried to deliver we wasn't in . So unlike other companies leave with a neighbour. Or give me a call . They took it back . So I arranged for them to deliver to my parents house the next day and reminded them it was my 3yre old grandson birthday present. And gave them my number again. My dad has parkinson and planed a day out that day. But they stayed in waiting for the parcel. My wife phoned TNT And asked where it was the next day They said it was out on the van . When I got home they told me the same i phoned again and was told it was still in the Warehouse , so in the end 8 o'clock on a Friday night I'm picking up the parcel. But they had to find it first.But after all that I eventually got it. And the instructions on the 12v motorised bike was not the best . A wire was off as well for which I had to work out where it went. So unfortunately not the best experienced. Toys R us next time.

Postal fast. Return not so good. 1 person sorting out returns and there on holiday so have to wait for àweek.

Tried talking to this company I asked for a telephone number as I like to talk my problems over the phone, I find very strange that on there contact page there is no address nor telephone number and also if you google this company there are about 3numbers have tried calling all three numbers and all are dead I have a problem with my item and surprise surprise they never get in touch STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY. I'm an online retailer and this is by far the most outrageous I've come across Trading standards will be informed, don't get caught out like me and the others. With online it's 24/7 business so they should be on the ball so four days and no reply is not acceptable. If they think you want to buy they will answer you when you say problem they are GONE, you have been warned.
