I orded one of the cars from here and paid a fiver extra for the personlized number plate with my grandsons name on it i didnt get any number plate when i tried to contact them i tried 3 diffrant numbers and none of them worked how are you sopossed to get intouch with them to sort the problem out costomer aftercare is crap

I have sent many emails regarding my order and been awaiting a response. Firstly I was informed on the day of delivery that my order was unable to be sent out due to product damaged and unable to sell, on day of delivery, and now after having to alter my request, I'm no longer receiving a response. You have however taken the money from my bank! This was ordered as a present for my daughters birthday which is in 2 days time!!!!!! My emails are now being blocked too!! I have spoke to my bank and I will be retracting my payment and I have contacted trading standards!! This company is a rip off!! Taking people's hard earned cash!! You should be shut down and unable to trade in the future! Please people take note. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My item was in stock and I ordered before the 3 o clock deadline for next day delivery, paid for next day delivery, never heard another thing, have sent 3 mails!!! Sat in all day waiting! Will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning to see where I stand regarding this.

I brought a kids ride on quad for my son for Christmas and when I opened the box I found that the quad had Brocken parts and the build quality was terrible. I contacted fun4kids with no joy. I had to involve pay pal to recover my money which took 3 weeks to sort this after several occasions I tried to contact them they are just NOT INTERESTED. I eventually received a rude email saying I would not get anywhere complaining and that if I sent another email my case would go to the bottom of the pile. After this experience I've found much better company's out there that offer a much better service and a CONTACT NUMBER. So to sum the experience up is never deal with this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone I know. AVOID if you want a happy ending.

brought a rocket G12 12 volt electric car for my grandson as we live 2 hours away we delivered it to him for Christmas he rode it sunday 3/1/2016 and was working fine not sluggish charger indicater light ok. He got up on the Monday morning 4/1/2016 and it was dead as a doe doe so my daughter put it on charge nothing no charger light no power nothing even after 12 hours of charging. I paid through paypal so rang the number the said company had given and that was on my receipt from paypal bogus numbe it kept saying you have dialled incorrectly. e mailed the website messaged ion face book even e mailed the "main man" nothing then read on their facebook page and to my horror there was loads of people moaning about their faulty cars scooters and not hearing anything . I sent 3 different e mails to the website and received the same e mail back everytime shocking absolutely shocking. I had a message from another of their upset customers and she had to take them to a small claims court?????? you don't expect this when you buy your grandson the Christmas present he longs for he now has no present to ride and keeps crying and asking why father Christmas sent him a broken car what do you say to a 3 year old????

Excellent service from ordering of product to delivery. Garry in sales is brilliant with answering queries and gets back to you with an answer immediately. Have used this company over the last few years and will continue to use them in the future.

I order a car for my daughters birthday, I ordered and paid for it 16 days ago, I received the personalised ref plate after 3 days but still waiting for a delivery date for the car, I sent an email about a week ago and I am yet to receive a reply to that as well, I am not concerned as its my daughters birthday next week and I have been left in limbo

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a range rover electric car and it was faulty. Fun4Kids are only contactable by email so I emailed explaining the product was faulty asking for a refund and they responded 2 days later offering an exchange. I pushed for a refund and after exchanges backwards and forwards over a period of days this was agreed. I returned the item but it was weeks until I received the refund. I kept on having to chase for my £200 and more than once the money did not arrive in my account when they said it would. I was eventually refunded thankfully but the poor quality product and poor service has left me very unhappy and I would never use this company again. I would prefer to pay twice the price elsewhere at a reputable company. I left a review of the product on their website so other people didn't make the same mistake as me and spend £200 on a poor quality product but it never appeared on the site. I resubmitted in case it was my error but again no sign of the review. The car I ordered has no customer reviews showing. I think fun4kids must be vetting the reviews and choosing not to put poor ones on there which makes me question the company.

All in all an awful experience and I would certainly not recomend fun4kids.

Bought 2 electric street scooters, 1 is faulty but fun4kids won't reply to my emails. Absolutely disgusting as my 1 son is left heartbroken! In future I will rather pay triple the price elsewhere. They have lost very good custom as a good few family members and friends were buying these for Christmas but now I've advised them not to waste their money!

Our little boys over the moon with his car!! Quality is fab! The purchasing experience was seem less and great contact from fun 4 kids themselves however, we were let down by the courier I am afraid. We do live on a farm and it is a tricky place to find so we did all we could to make sure they had clear instructions. They used the location as an excuse not to deliver the item - they didn't proactively contact us etc. Service was terrible from them. But Fun 4 Kids were fantastic! Would purchase from them again but they should look at their courier

WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC COMPANY , MY GRANDAUGHTERS REMOTE CONTROL FOR HER RIDE ON JEEP BROKE , CONTACTED THEM ON WEDNESDAY , NEW ONE SENT OUT ON THURSDAY EVENING , AT NO COST , I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE AND SOME OF THE BIGGER COMPANIES COULD LEARN A THING OR TWO FROM YOU REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE . delivery very quick which is great but must admit would have liked email to say it had arrived - found it in back garden next day - fortunately dry - product excellent- kid loves it - fast and powerful - go over anything

Fantastic prouduct great value for the money. Service brilliant when the bike was delivered the wind sheild was cracked I emailed fun4kids and a new one was sent out within 2 days I would certainly recommend this company👋

I was nervous of ordering this ride on car from this company as it was a lot of money, however the car was delivered next day as promised and the price was better than a lot of companies. I would use this company again.
