Terrible company I am waiting for refund don’t buy anything from them!

Footjoy deluxe golf shoe bag. Ordered this product on the Wednesday and was delivered by Friday. Good quality product at a very competitive price. Have used Function18 and as previously they provide good quality products, at a competitive price with excellent delivery. Would use again.

I was a bit suspicious with this company not having a .co.uk address, having been caught out over Christmas with stuff coming from China. However, I needn’t have worried! Ordered before 4pm and it was delivered by Royal Mail the next morning! Great service, price and product. My husband is very happy with his polo shirt. Thank you.

Has an issue with an order which was through no fault of their own (manufacture defect), worked through it with the customer service team and reached a satisfactory resolution.

On top of that very speedy delivery - can't fault the experience I had, bar the initial disappointment when opening my order.

This is my go-to retailer for golf clothing. Always great stock, good pricing and a decent rewards scheme. Delivery is free, 100% reliable and ultra quick. I wont use anyone else.

Have used this company many times but not anymore,ordered on july 1st and parcel was lost ,not a problem ive had it happen before with other companies and refund sorted no issue, its now a month and a half later and still not refunded.. ignored emails and the odd reply to say we'll get this sorted...Will be contacting my credit company tomorrow to do a charge back....joke of customer service...avoid

Great website to order from. Purchased Hugo Boss hoodie at a great price delivered in time but there was a slight fault. Great thing about ordering from Function 18 is that you actually can exchange whereas you normally have to return for a refund wait for your refund (you might not want to part with more of your money until you receive your refund) and then reorder the item you want and by that time it could go out of stock (if you’re wanting to get your money back first that is). So being able to exchange was great for me, returning was free and simple communication was good regarding them receiving the return and when the replacement was despatched. All I would suggest is that you get a confirmation from them when it is scanned at the point of returning. Apart from that can’t fault them.

I received my goods quicker than I received a confirmation order email from Under Armour!

I had an issue with not one but two pairs of golf shoes ordered from these guys that had developed faults.

I raised the issues and Will did a 5 star job of liaising with the manufacturer and arranging for them to be replaced under warranty.

The service was attentive, sympathetic and very quick. On both occasions once approval from the manufacturer received the replacement shoes were shipped same day for next day delivery.

I recently had an issue with a golf bag I purchased that developed a fault after a short period of use, the stitching came undone and the club handles began poking through the base. Disappointing, especially from a premium brand like TaylorMade, where you’d expect better build quality.

That said, I can’t fault the retailer’s response. Michael from the customer service team handled everything brilliantly. After I reported the issue and sent through photos, he responded quickly and professionally. Within a couple of days, a next-day replacement was arranged with no hassle or delay, just excellent, efficient service.

While I do feel TaylorMade should improve the durability of their bags, I’m genuinely impressed and very satisfied with how this was handled. Would definitely buy from this retailer again.
