The Best !

I have used this company for years. In my opinion by far the best golf retailer on the Internet. Unbelievable choice of brands and goods. Excellent service, hassle free returns and a great rewards system. They deserve every success.

BEWARE - F18 Don’t stand by their Products

I purchased a pair of Adidas BOA at $250 which lasted me 9 months before the heel padding worn off and no longer fit for purpose. When I contacted F18, firstly they insinuated I was making a fraudulent claim then they claimed it was wear n tear after 9 months. I have bought Nike trainers that have lasted me years which I wear everyday at half the price. This will be the last time I ever purchase from their website - BEWARE

Quality Company with equal service

This is a Company that I will buy from again . Bought a pair of golf trousers that were faulty . Ok these things happen but the way my complaint was handled was excellent. Very professional. Issued a full credit note .

Great service

Great service all items arrived quickly and managed to grab myself a bargain in the sales which was great. Unfortunately had to return one item as I was a bit hopeful on my waist size when ordering but returns process was easy. Will definitely buy again in the future.

Fantastic website!

Fantastic website!! Came across this when I was looking for a gift for my partner and can’t fault the shopping experience/delivery. The order was dispatched about 2 hours after I placed it and even arrived a day early. Will definitely use this website again

Very poor customer service after a…

Very poor customer service after a delivery was not completed. My issue was dismissed despite being without a top costing £54. If this is the way you treat customers I will not be using function 18 again. Just in case you’re not aware there are plenty of other sites

Beat us to it Simon but to clarify, no you will NOT be using us again.

Your order was placed on the evening of the 28th, dispatched on the 29th and delivered on the 30th. A delivery for which we have photographic evidence; now obviously you're aware that you have a box placed at the entrance to your property with the following written notice, 'parcels + deliveries in here please. Thank you'. It is only for the grace of any poor soul reading this farce that it's necessary to relay this vital information, come disclaimer.

DPD had no interest in entertaining your claim and neither do we. If you so deem the positioning of said box to be a 'safe place' then you and only you can be responsible for what happens to any parcel that has been left there, quite clearly under your instruction.

We are still at a loss as to what you were expecting us to do? Re-ship at our cost? Plus of course the added resource required to drive to your house ourselves and remove aforementioned (god forsaken) box, so that this situation doesn't repeat itself? However, who's to say that you don't have a replacement box waiting in the wings? Too many variables.

This is one for the authorities; of course we will co-operate fully with any Police investigation and provide them with the photographic evidence previously referenced.

Best ever online experience

i was very sceptical ordering since i live outside EU in Norway.also i thought the freight and cost was very low.but the summary said it was the total.so waiting for this i hoped for quick passthrough in coustums.
i ordered tuesday and had the bag inhouse friday at no extra cost.
am very happy with quick delivery at very good price and low freigtcost.
i will buy again from this company.

Great service

after reading some reviews posted on here It looks like its the couriers that are causing issues !!
I've been using F18 for over 7 years and have never once had courier,ordering or returns issues .I had a problem with one of my first orders when i wasn't that clued up with ordering online and ended up doing my order over the phone with a very understanding and helpful member of staff. Not just F18 but other online companies get bad reviews because everything is done by emails.Sometimes a phone call to the company (if they answer) is a quicker way to resolve the problem !
Keep up the good work F18 in these challenging times.

Bad service ! Avoid this company !

Package got lost at the carrier. That's nottheir fold.
Was ís their fold is that they don't do anything about it. I've sent them several mails.
Yesterday i contacted Paypal to have my payment reversed.
Bad service ! Avoid this company !

Sorry to hear about the loss of your parcel and subsequent poor customer service.

Would you mind indulging us with the email address to which you were trying to communicate, that way we can investigate and press for disciplinary action.

Given that it's a courier/delivery related issue, it's safe to say that our in-house customer service team will be completely unaware of this issue and that your communication has been with Global-e, the handler. In this situation we feel it would be much fairer to locate the incompetent at Global-e, rather than jeopardise the livelihoods of all the staff at Function18 and on reflection, hope that you agree.

To follow up on that Jeroen, our customer service team have confirmed that we received an email from you at 09.53am on the 17th, which they immediately forwarded to Global-e to pick up the issue with DPD (not cut and dried as it was delivered according to DPD & you're obviously contesting that) and at 10.26am relayed that information to you; we did not receive a reply from you and have had no further communictaion with you, bar this review. The assumption therefore is that any of your subsequent emails went directly to Global-e and we will of course follow that up with them.

Raising a PayPal dispute might well have been a smart choice but be aware, you may need to communicate further with Global-e in this event, as PayPal will ask for proof of delivery and the DPD tracking will suggest that delivery has taken place, so they might not side with you in the first instance. Like the courier, it's not our account, so we aren't in direct control of those funds. If you need any assistance in reclaiming the funds please let us know at info@function18.com and we'll assist.

A futher follow up;

Global-e have confirmed that they communicated with you on the 17th as well, with the information that your parcel had been left with a neighbour. Obviously at that point they were unaware that you had already been to the neighbour in question, to find that they did not have your parcel. Global-e will confirm with DPD today that you did not request the 'deliver to neighbour' option (as we assume you didn't) and also that the GPS location of the drop off corresponds with the claimed delivery address, #166. At that point DPD will be held liable and Global-e will return your funds

Terrible service

Terrible service. Never reply to emails after chasing an order for 2 weeks. Progress says processing order. Should of gone to golf poser who delivery is spot on. Only went here as they had stock. Never again. Hope my shoes turn up soon.

We picked up up your email on Monday morning and referred it to Global-e straight away (regrettably omitting to cc you in on that email), as there had been no tracking update since clearing customs on the 9th. Anyway, we've not heard back from Global-e until furthering it with them again this morning and now note, that without explanation your transaction has been refunded.

We will need Global-e to supply us with an audit trail of the comms they've had (or haven't had) with you and DHL before we can piece this one together I'm afraid. Once we find out what has happened we'll contact you.
