My name was printed incorrectly

My name on my donation was printed incorrectly at first with an additional pronoun in the middle which looked foolish. After contacting the support team, they immediately retracted this & republished correctly. Very happy with the efficient & polite response.

A beautiful lady whom I would visit

A beautiful lady whom I would visit, passed on at the same time as my Daddy. As I didn't realise this, I missed her funeral. Being able to leave a candle for her on the funeral web site brought me a sense of peace and freed a guilt.
This has been the only funeral service, that I've come across, who offer this silent gesture and didn't charge for it. Thankyou for that.
