No issues, bike was delivered on time.

Customer support (Tesa) was great -- knowledgeable, responsive, great communication. Pick-up and delivery was handled with out any hassle. Shipping time was a couple of days longer than quoted because the hand-off in route was missed. This wasn't an issue since I did not have a deadline or a schedule I had to meet.

My bike arrived at destination super dirty.... how can that happen ?
You were referred to me by my HOG chapter, I will have to report that because it is not ok. It really makes my wonder on the care you took of my motorcycle.
I will need transport again soon, to get my motorcycle back home. I will have to search for another carrier. Not fun.

BIKE SHIPPED NO DAMAGE, CALL THAT A WIN.

They did a very, very good job. Bike was transported safely & within the parameters given. I wish the communication back and forth while the bike was in transport, both coming and going, was a little more proactive but that's probably me being anal. Regardless, next time I need motorcycle transport, I won't hesitate to use Fun Transpost.

Relocating from CT to SC - selling a home, buying a home, moving a household I had a long, long list of service providers required to make it all happen and though most of my experiences were satisfactory, Federal Motorcycle Transport was outstanding. Never having shipped "my" Goldwing anywhere it was a worrisome. It couldn't have gone smoother. Delivery, pick-up, confirmation calls, etc everything was delivered as promised. Great company.

Outstanding service with excellent communication throughout the delivery cycle. My motorcycle was professionally packed and treated with kid gloves. Bike actually arrived earlier than expected. Highly recommend.

I was a bit apprehensive to ship my bike 2/3s the way across the country (Columbus, GA to Billings, MT) but decided to try FunTransport as they had a shipping depot very close to where I was going. Before I even signed my contract to ship my bike, I contacted the receiving depot to discuss times they were open, and if they could get my wife and me from the airport. The manager, Tim, was more than accommodating and said no problem, he would work with me and whatever flights I could get out there and make sure someone was available to get me my bike.
I then had FunTransport pick the bike up at my house and come to find out, the driver was also a rider. He did a thorough inspection and loaded it up. The bike arrived at the destination on time and without a scratch and the people at the depot in Billings, MT were THE BEST! They called me when the bike arrived to let me know it was there and then picked me and my wife up at the airport and even held our luggage while we were gone for 10 days of riding. Then, they received the bike for the return trip, inspected it and drove us back to the airport for our return flight. Tim and his crew are great! I hope FunTransport knows what an asset they have there. The bike was returned on time and without a scratch.
I would, without a doubt, use them in the future.

Good overall. On time and undamaged which is primary. Tracking during transit is not good or accurate.
