5 Star service from my initial call to office (Linda,) the price, to shipping and receiving points (Detroit to California) no other explanation needed--5 Star Service--impressed! I wouldn't waist any time with other carriers...I will use again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. highly recommend

Great customer service person (Barb) who helped me track my shipment status very accurately. However, the physical handling of the bike and its pallet fell below my expectations. My sportbike sustained a cracked fiberglass side fairing and a bent shifter side rearset that I did not notice until after the delivery was completed and I was tearing the bike down for service.

Members were very helpful making the arrangements. The tracker kept me informed and the driver was very courteous and friendly.

All was good until the local delivery tool over. Poor to no communication, and what was supposed to be a Thursday or Friday delivery turned into Monday...only after I called and followed up.

This hasn't been the case in all my other dealings with Federal.

Poor experience this time around.

This is the second time I used Federal and I would highly recommend them to my associates. They are very competitive and picked up and delivered in the time frame that worked for me both times.
The motorcycle was in great condition and covered.

Bike was delivered in the same shape it was collected in. No problems whatsoever. I would recommend this company to anyone with confidence.

Outbound: Connecticut to New Mexico - 5 Stars! Pickup exactly as scheduled and driver very helpful!

Delivery: I was less-than-impressed. Two stars maximum. Delivery was exactly on schedule, BUT the following troubled me: (a) The pallet that the bike was affixed to was broken/smashed at some time during the transit process, and neccissitated an agonizing search for hard-to-spot damage and (b) the driver was unable to move bike off pallet AND needed ME to roll and position bike on lift gate as his helper didn't know what to do. I'm certain that had there been a mishap during the offload process that the shipper would have claimed that I 'bought' the responsibility by 'getting involved'.....

I will have to consider alternative sources for next such shipment...
