I purchased two massage chairs and received them in express time, I had a slight issue which was resolved immediately. My sister was impressed with the massage she received from the chair and has placed her own order for one. When I have a need for furniture again, I will visit Furnisho's website to see if they have what I require before looking elsewhere for sure.

I ordered a white dining table. It was on a next day delivery basis. The table was delivered just after lunch the following day by Courier.
Unfortunately the table was damaged. I contacted the Company who offered a replacement but later discovered we had bought the last one - next stock to be rec., by them could be 6/8 weeks. We were asked to provide photo's of the damage so the Company could decide how to proceed. After photo s were sent - they offered a full refund which we recieved the next working day. Customer service was superb especially the person we dealt with via phone and email ( Andy) Very pleased with the attention to our case.

I made shopping by Furnisho because of delivery offer. I choose sofa bed and coffee table. I got information that items are dispatched and delivery will be at Monday.
I'm working till late hours so i ask my sis to stay at home at pick up delivery.
Sofa arrived but no signs of table (ive paid both). Called to 084... number which is extra rate and get informations that someone call me back in few minutes. Didnt get any call... I requested for cashback by mail. No answer.. I emailed one more time for cashback and then i got my money back (for table of course). Too much problems with delivery and had also cash frozen for one week.

The chairs are beautiful and the delivery to Germany was very quickly too.
Although the little plastic feet were missing, Andy was very helpful to send them in a few days.

Really chuffed with my design classic style chair! Very simple and easy to assemble. And the delivery was so speedy, my order arrived within 48 hours. Thoroughly recommended.

Good value product and decent quality, only draw back is that Furnisho do not stock the trims for the cladding panels which means having to look else where for the trims which inevitably means more hassle and the addition of a courier charge. Surely it wouldn't be to onerous an undertaking to stock a basic range of trims, ie; internal / external corners, edge trims ect.

we had to order our 7 chairs twice and now we got the chairs but the feets ar the wrong ones! very very disappointed

I was a bit nervous to ordering chairs I've never seen online, but in the end, the pictures were very good and accurate, the information details as well, and the shipment came very quickly ! It was well packaged, nothing got damaged, and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the chairs ! Replicas but they do look like the original Eames !

Ordered a dining table a week ago, received two sets of legs two days later, but no table top. Emails I sent to only receive no replies...still waiting! Thinking of cancelling my order from them.

I bought 10 Eames style chairs in two different colour ways but had a problem getting the full discount on the website. I phoned up and spoke to someone who immediately sorted the order out for me (they are already in the process of sorting the website out). Really hassle free. I was able to decide exactly when I would like the items delivered, in fact I was offered the next day. The chairs arrived the next day, were easy to assemble and the quality was brilliant. Couldn't fault them and will definitely order from them again.

Bought Barcelona chair in red leather - was a little confused by the order page which was described as pre order and suggested 6-8 weeks wait for the item but having received order confirmation, delivery tracking info followed and the chair was delivered within a week. Chair is great quality and was well packed. Very satisfied with purchase and would recommend. Thanks
