Very fast delivery from UK to Germany!!! Overall very fast process. I can really recommend it!!!

To start with there was some confusion about stock, once that was sorted they could not have been more helpful. Excellent product, well pleased, came when they said it would. Recommended.

I ordered 6 chairs on the Friday was given a delivery day as following Tuesday said there wouldn't be anyone there until Wednesday no problem they were delivered on Wednesday as requested. Chairs were first class, decided to order two more they came within two days of them being ordered same quality and at the reduced price as the first six. Excellent service. Would highly recommend especially as we were scammed by another company who didn't exist.

quality of item is very very low, some of the items had heavy black writing on them and chunks out of the draweres, took 3 of us 6 hours to put this awful item together only to find that it was unfit for purpose because the so called wooden slats did not fit properly and as soon as you even tried to lay on the bed with the matress half of the slats collapsed so you cant even lay on the 'bed'. shoddy item, unuseable. Am trying to get money back as this item is unfit for use as a bed.

Waited four months for delivery and received a damaged sofa bed which they will not collect or refund my money. 175 pounds wasted .

I have not received my order yet. so I am unable to comment .I was not informed item was not in stock before I ordered,.If I had known beforehand I might have looked elsewhere to purchase the item.

Great service, item delivered next day as promised,
item not as good, very poor instructions, tells you to use 1 screw but already used them so have to use other ones. not great to follow. couple of marks also on the bed.

The recliner I ordered is very good quality and easy to assemble. The only down fall was the delivery as I was sent a text saying it would arrive between 10.59 and 11.59 am . I had a neighbour waiting for this delivery but was disappointed to learn that even though a time slot was quoted he had to wait all day as it did not arrive till between 3.30 and 4.00 pm. Why give a time slot when it can't be up held.

Website was easy to use, was kept informed by e-mail at every stage. Even arrived a week and a half earlier then expected. Only problem was item has a few chips in and also a mark on the chair. Delivery driver was very unhelpful, even left the very heavy chair around the other side of the house and when my daughter asked him to bring it round he said he was too busy and left her to do it.

I would highly recommend Furnisho to anyone .The website is easy to use . The goods were delivered when they said they would be and they even texted me twice on the day to say they were coming and the day before. The goods were easy to assemble and had all the right bits. Their goods are very competitively priced and good quality.
I was slightly disappointed in my delivery man who didn't want to bring my goods up to the first floor as the lift wasn't working.
