They were extremely pleasent and helpfull over the phone, as I saw the bed frame I wanted on eBay but wanted to pay buy card instead of paypal.
It came the next day!!

The two scrolled leather dining chairs that we purchased from Furnisho are excellent and represent excellent value for money for the quality of chair that they supplied.
They weren't great communicators. We heard nothing from placing the order until a flurry of emails the day before they were delivered.
Overall we are very pleased with the chairs and would recommend Furnisho.

I was looking for a small oak sideboard and the one I wanted was the same price everywhere I looked....except on FURNISHO. It wasnt much cheaper, and as I had never heard of them before I was a bit dubious, but I did order.
I didn't have to worry. I was given a delivery date and a 3 hour time slot immediately. The van driver phoned when he was 20 mins away and he was friendly and helpful. What a change from having to sit in all day waiting for a delivery!.

Bought 8 chairs which were excellent value, and appeared well made. Unfortunately the manufacturer boxed the wrong items and they had a scroll detail we didn't want. Furnisho immediately organised refund and pickup. Very happy.

We liked our leather dinning chairs so much purchased four for my daughters birthday present she to was thrilled with them

I bought the Eames RAR chair from Furnisho. I was a little weary seen as the price seemed to good to be true, even for a replica.
I was able to pay securley through PayPal and instantly revieved email confirmation of my order, and a text shortly after, allowing me to continuously track my product from their warehouse to my door. A delivery slot of one hour was given to me and as promised the product turned up within that hour. Overall the whole process from order to delivery took less than 24hrs!!
The chair came dismantled and, despite there being no instructions, it was very easy to put together, with all tools necessary provided.
The product is of great quality and surpasses what I expected! I would, and intend to, use Furnisho again! 10/10!! Thank you!

Was pleased with the DSW chairs. The color cream is very nice in both styles.
I got the products within the 2 weeks as promised.
Only time will tell how long they last but nothing to report so far and they look great.

Excellent service was here within 24hrs. Slightly disappointed when unpacking to find a lot of marks on the base of the stool. Quite firm not as soft as I was expecting but working.

Only problem was there is no non 0845 number if phoning from outside the uk

I bought a three seater sofa bed which was very stylish and I was happy with the product. The purchase was for a property that I'd rented out and the tenants had not yet moved into. The delivery company refused to give me any approx time all they would agree to was between 8.00 and 6.00! As you can imagine there are not many people that have a entire day to wate sitting in an empty appartment. Even after I requested I would pay more I still could not get anyone to agree to the driver calling me on my mobile an hour or so before they arrive..... I then suggested I cancel the order as the whole process was becoming a total pain and was told I would have to pay £55.00 for the pleasure... Not very impressed.... Sort out your delivery/customer service and general don't really care attitude

Lovely chair you must try it, the company delivered in 48hrs and its just what I wanted so much so that I may have to buy one for the wife.

Very very good!!! The shipping to France was very fast (only 1 week). The chairs are wonderful.
