Ordered an ex show sideboard on line. Was contacted promptly with a delivery date and a 1.5 hour window. Sideboard delivered within 2 weeks and delivery was on time. Drivers very polite and put the sideboard where I wanted. Sideboard was excellent quality and no marks.

If I could rate this Company more stars than 5 then I would. From contacting them with initial enquiry to progressing the order, to when the sofas were ready for delivery to the day of delivery and and the delivery guys, I have nothing but praise from beginning to end. Good old fashioned service from beginning to end, added to which, very good prices and free delivery. Fully recommend this Company.

Wonderful service, with real people (!) who get in touch with you to confirm your order is correct, arrange delivery and so on. An old fashined furniture company that retaines values of personal service, but combines this with a great online presence and competitive pricing. Hats off to the management team and staff. Quite simply the best of the old and the new ways of running a retail business.

I recently purchased a dining table from Furniturebrands4u. They said 8-10 weeks lead time, it arrived exactly as they advised. The team that delivered the table also installed it.

Did a cost comparison for two seater Burghley Parker Knoll and Haynes was best. Good communication from Haynes from ordering through to delivery. Delivery team were friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Haynes.

They were easily the cheapest price, offered free delivery (some others wanted £99), the service was great and the product came quicker than expected. The only thing I can't understand is how they manage to achieve all of those things at the same time.
If you're reading this because you've seen something at a good price and are nervous about ordering from a company you don't know, don't be. A fantastic experience.

Recently purchased a Parker Knoll armchair from Furniture Brands 4 U. An overall excellent experience. Smooth order process, most competitive price out there, paid the deposit and waited around 5-6 weeks for delivery, a week of which was over the Christmas period. Delivery arrived on time and the lads had my new armchair in its pride of place in no time. Faultless service. Highly recommend 👍🏽

After much research I ordered an Ercol chair from this company. It was competitively priced and delivered well within the estimated delivery time frame for no extra charge. Communication was excellent, my emails were responded to very promptly. When the chair was ready I received a phone call to arrange a convenient delivery date. I paid by bank transfer prior to delivery and the chair arrived on time and in perfect condition. Even better there was no packaging left for me to dispose of! I would definitely use this company again.

December 2024 I bought a Tetrad Dalmore settee from Trent furnishing Co Ltd and not only was it a fantastic bargain but it was top quality and without a blemish.They offered a deposit with a final payment to be made before delivery. The two delivery guys were very careful getting it into my small cottage and they were friendly and chatty and were very smartly turned out.
