Excellent service and price.
We purchased three Chedworth accent chairs which are superb quality, if you are after stylish mid century chairs these take some beating. Best price as well.
Communication and updates were spot on, as was the delivery.

I ordered my sofa online as I had shopped around for the best price. I have previously bought a Tetrad sofa and found them to be great quality and made in Britain, which is great.
Carl and the delivery guys were very professional and I would recommend this company, no problem.

Found this company online whilst reviewing price for our living room furniture. They worked really hard to get our business and gave us what we considered a very good price. Don't be afraid to haggle!
Contact with the company was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The guys who delivered it were very good also,with every scrap of packaging taken away.
All in all we were delighted with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I desperately needed to buy a sideboard and needed it delivered very quickly. We settled on the Ercol Siena sideboard, but everywhere I looked online, it said the delivery would be 13 weeks.
I found one display cabinet available at Furniturebrands4u.co.uk and emailed them on a Sunday evening to ask them if it was available, in perfect condition and if so, available to deliver to where we live 150 miles away.
By 8.30am the next day I had heard back from Furnitiure brands 4u to tell me yes they could deliver to WsM and yes it was in perfect condition. They then said they had another one the lorry being delivered that day and if I wanted it, I could have the brand new one delivered on the Wednesday of the same week.
I was SO impressed that I bought it there and then and took delivery of the item 2 days from making the purchase.
The delivery guys were extremely helpful; they called me prior to the delivery and when they arrived unpacked the sideboard and took all the packaging away.
I absolutely love the sideboard, and thought Furniture Brands 4u customer service was the very best I have experienced.

Delivery was 2 man using own employees who unpacked & took all packaging away, happy to take upstairs & assemble. The contrast with a recent delivery from Oakworld could not be more striking!

What a superb Company to deal with! From the first phone call their service has been outstanding! They delivered my Laura Ashley Montpellier Bed and Wardrobe so carefully and built the bed for me. It wasn’t easy for them to get the wardrobe upstairs due to some corners to manoeuvre but they did it perfectly. The delivery guys were friendly and polite and didn’t want a tea or coffee because they just wanted to get on with their job. They were fab. I highly recommend this Company and will most certainly buy from them again.

We recently purchased an ex display Ercol Sideboard. We were given a really excellent price, the sideboard was delivered when requested and you would never know it was ex-display. Excellent service from first call to delivery. We would certainly use them again.

The whole experience from pricing, ordering and delivery was outstanding. When the furniture was ready for delivery about 4 weeks earlier than expected, they were very flexible and took away the old suite as we hadn't time to arrange disposal locally. Found this company after seeing a bed I loved in Next at £1000. Ended up paying £795 including delivery AND they built the bed!!!
From start to finish I had a great experience. Prompt replies, managed my expectations, delivered what they promised, and the guys who delivered and built the bed were lovely. They called when they were 15mins away and were so friendly and professional.
I'd highly recommended them to anyone and they'll be the first place I'll look next time I need a quality piece of furniture.
