I looked for a specific piece of furniture that was in John Lewis and Next and found it on this site for quite a lot cheaper. I rang and made enquiries and was helped by a knowledgeable and very helpful gentleman. The furniture came quicker than expected, free delivery to Merseyside and the two delivery men were polite and took away all the packaging. I would absolutely use this company again.

Just took delivery of our sofa yesterday & we are absolutely thrilled with it. This is the 2nd time I have ordered my Duresta sofa’s through Trent Furnishing. The quality & manufacture is wonderful. They offer an excellent service with very competitive prices. Nothing is too much trouble. Carl & Dan delivered my large Coco sofa with great care - a reliable & professional service. Prompt communication, great staff and really pleased with our purchase

Staff were excellent. From bringing two sofas down to the ground floor so we could view them without having to climb any stairs, they offered help, a fantastic price that bettered any other we could find and gave you plenty of time to look around and try the sofas without being pressured. They gave honest opinions about when we needed to buy the sofa to make sure we got the discount the manufacturer was offering and were very good with their delivery dates. the crew that brought the two (heavy) sofas in were excellent - no damage to anything and checked it was all fine before leaving. We had a very small thread that was loose on one seam, so a technician was sent out who was also very helpful, quickly fixed it and checked all was good. Excellent sellers - thank you very much.

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery. I had to delay delivery and this wasn’t a problem for them. Day of delivery was just as good, drivers rang me 15 minutes out . The drivers were polite and a credit to the company, they even gave me advice on product care. The biggest plus though is the price, the table and chairs were far cheaper than anywhere else I looked . Will definitely do business with you again

Quality piece of furniture at a competitive price, easy to buy and pay through the website, excellent communication at all times, delivery made at the agreed time to my room of choice by lovely guys who were very friendly and polite, and all packaging taken away.
