Fast delivery, fancy bed frame, good customer service, the quality of bed is weak.

I recently ordered a bespoke bed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free. The team was incredibly punctual and efficiently set up the bed – it was almost like they whipped it up in no time! The quality of the bed is outstanding, and it looks exactly as I envisioned. It’s clear they pay attention to every detail and take pride in their work. I couldn’t recommend them enough, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer for any future needs. Truly a fantastic experience!

Super smooth and fast delivery, the company kept in touch frequently with updates. Bed was delivered and assembled within 30 minutes of them being here. Would definitely recommended. I’m in love with my new bed it’s of great quality and very sturdy.

Lovely bed frame/headboard delivered on time by 2 very couteous and friendly delivery team .... first night sleeping on it was very comfortable .... the reason for the 4 star rating is it didnt take long to assemble so the charge for this seemed way to high & there a smell from the material possibly that takes a little getting used too as slightly chemical i purchased the soft peach feel velour but otherwise i am happy with the product ... if you can get someone to build it up for you i advise you do that ....

Customer service have been very helpful each step of the way by Hamid and Sabine. Ordered the Rauch Felbach sliding wardrobe very good and sturdy, looks impressive. Delivery team professional and courteous.

I LOVE this bed, it is exactly what I wanted & more. If I had to rate it out of 10 it would be 12. 😁😁😁 The Mattress is also brilliant, so comfy. Could not fault the delivery guy’s service A11111. The only fault is, I don’t want to get up in a morning 💤💤💤💤Thank you so much.

This is a hard one to rate. I bought the cream & black Naples bed without mattress, went for the gas lift ottoman divan base. Bed arrived within the time frame. After opening the packaging and trying to put the bed together we realised only one side of the plot divan had the drilled holes and metal inserts to attach the feet. Only 4 feet could be fixed rather than the 8. Headboard and footboard were fine to fit after asking the store for instructions for the bed as none came rith it and we weren't sure we were fitting the gas lift hinges correctly. They did send us them via a email and offered to either replace the whole bed or send us the parts that were missing and we could drill it ourselves. We opted for the parts option as it was such a hassle to wait for a new bed. We then realised there were no clips to attach to keep the two sides of the divan together.
The divan has 2 large straps to lift the bed one of them was covered in what looked liked glue. All in all it seems the quality control from the suppliers was definitely lacking and quite disappointing as the bed is gorgeous. I will say Hamid was great at communicating with me regarding missing parts and he posted them out within a few days he also gave us a partial refund of £100. Maybe we were just unlucky & the bed is gorgeous

I was nervous ordering such a big personal item online, but my bed has turned up and it is beautiful I could not be more happy with the quality! I am now looking for another bed from furniture for you for my son’s room. Customer service 10 out of 10 and everything went very smoothly. Can’t recommend enough! ☺️🙏

I was a bit wairy of purchasing on line but I loved the look of the beds and the reviews were great so I decided to take a chance, so glad I did as the bed mattress and the storage space was unbelievable so comfortable and looks fantastic in my new home,, the assembly was done in no time and the guy that assembled it was a proper gentleman, I would definitely recommend this company , they keep you updated all the way the communication with them was always instant they never kept us waiting,, great team 👍👍

So happy with my bed absolutely stunning and sturdy and so much space underneath I went for the wooden base as I find slat beds are not the best! Great guys put my bed up in like 15mins best to get them to assemble it as quick and least you know it’s done right! Will be buying from this company again!
