I bought a dining table and Ottoman from Furniture Store Ni during their recent sale. Both pieces of furniture were fantastic quality and really reasonably priced. The customer service was excellent and as my products were in stock I was able to arrange a pick up time to suit me. The show room has such a variety of different pieces of furniture and is conveniently located.

Great customer service from start to finish and great quality products. We are delighted with our fire pit six seater garden set, even when the fire pit wasn’t working correctly the team were on it and got it resolved ASAP! Couldn’t have bought the set of a better company. Definitely would recommend to everyone!

I bought a pergola form Furniture Store NI back in Feb and I really cannot fault anything. From the initial queries via message, to me dropping into the shop to speak to Louise in person, to the guys then delivering and installing one week later, the service really is second to none. Great advice given, easy to deal with and very professional at all stages. I'd highly recommend Louise and team to anyone looking for a pergola, or any other garden and home furniture! The store has lots to choose from and reasonably priced. Highly recommended the pergola, the louvred roof is great for letting in that extra bit of light and keeps the rain out when needed! We visited the showroom to see their Pergolas. At the time the Pergola on show had not got the blinds installed and we asked if we could see a pergola with blinds on. Sinéad and Louise were very accommodating and agreed to fit the blinds to the show model. They called a week later and advised blind was fitted. We attended their showroom that weekend and they showed us the pergola with blind fitted.
We ordered a pergola with three blinds.
Communication throughout was excellent. They kept us up to date on delivery.
Martin their fitter called to arrange install, they arranged install within few weeks of ordering.
They completed the install with no issues, and Martin and his team were very professional and friendly.
They gave demo on how roof opens and the blinds on completion.
It has created an excellent outdoor space to our property that can be used all year round. Would have no hesitation in recommending the Furniture Store (NI) to anyone for Pergolas and furniture. Their no pressure sales, willing to help their communication was all excellent. Well done !!

We purchased a 6×3m pergola from Louise in The Furniture Store NI June 2022. The customer service was excellent the prices were very competitive. It was no problem for Louise to hold onto the pergola until we finished building our deck. It was installed as soon as we were ready for it. It is beautiful and we are so happy with it. I purchased a pergola from The Furniture Store NI - I can recall I was in hospital awaiting surgery and scanning Facebook I saw their page with the picture of just what I needed - I had an electric hot tub I purchased during lockdown , so thought this perfect - they had an 11 piece furniture set on sale price so I purchased it also that day over messenger , paid deposit and agreed a delivery date - spot on for punctuality Pergola was erected , I also purchased couple sides as well for added privacy , the guys left no mess not a smitch , months later when give days of windy weather , I got a text to make sure sides up and roof slats slightly open so not to cause them damage , I really appreciated that and thought you guys really look after your customers - coming up to Christmas time I saw the wood burning hot tub and with cost of electric rising , knew that was for my family ,again I messaged on Fb - deposit , deal done and we love - must tell you truth over the winter and wet days the side of pergola for table /chairs has been my major electric saver for the mobile clothes line , so I well believe the saving on electric for tumble drying is well helping out with cost of pergola .

Got a great aluminium pergola with tilting louvred roof and 3 screens - looks fab! Really pleased with it. Great service and value for money too. Delivered and installed with no fuss. Couldn't be happier with it!

Back in September 2022 a friend brought me up to the store, i bought a pergola, sides and table and 6 chairs. It was brilliant from start to finish great customer service and i went home very happy. Louise phoned me in dec to see if i was ready for delivery but i wasnt, it was no bother for them to keep my furniture until i was ready.
I got my patio built in Feb and phone Louise to have my furniture delivered.
The fellas came on a Saturday morning and built my pergola and furniture and when it was all up, i was one happy lady.
I cannot recommend the furniture store ni enough very friendly staff great workmen and cleaned up and left no mess. If your thinking about doing your garden up, give these guys a call and you wont be disappointed.
