Joel was a great salesman very helpful

We had a great experience in the store thanks to Gabriel, he was incredibly helpful, attentive and knowledgeable throughout our visit.
He was able to answer any questions we had and offered useful information advice without being pushy. Excellent customer service, we Wii recommended the store and be visiting again.

When entering was asked if help was needed and on being told I wanted to look around, was left alone. Once my decision was made to buy something the young man was extremely helpful. I’ve purchased items from Furniture Village previously, liked the experience, hence the reason I returned. My only disappointment was that there was not a lot to choose from with regards to coffee tables, refrectory tables etc like my previous visit last year. Having said that I did buy a refrectory table this time plus an ornament. Thank you to the young man who looked after me and my son - and for the drink!

Joel spent around an hour and a half with us and was extremely polite, kind and attentive throughout. He answered every single question we had, gave us helpful advice and recommendations, and at the same time was never too pushy — something we really appreciated, as this is usually what puts us off when dealing with salespeople.
Not once did he make us feel pressured. He gave us prices for each piece of furniture, calculated different options and delivery dates for various sets, and handled everything with great professionalism, patience and care.
We are truly grateful for all his help and would like to wish Joel and his family every success in their new chapter. We would definitely come back to him again if we need to purchase anything else in the future.

We where looked after by Sam Crocker, very polite and professional gave us our space to look around and wasn't pushy at all,answered all our questions with a lot of knowledge and helped us decide what was best for us. Purchasing the furniture today was easy and straightforward and the sales assistant was very pleasant and polite.

To start with the experience was not great. The sofa i ordered and paid a deposit on did not exist. However the staff in the Brighton store were very understanding and I received a freshly ordered sofa, with a generous discount.

Your sales person Gabriel was most helpful and friendly which made the whole experience enjoyable

Sofa delivered….. not the same size…. Went to store and they admitted they recently realised size differences in the range!!! Thanks!!! Experience was great until it got delivered.!!

Really good choice of beds .
I went in to replace an existing Vispring mattress, high end .. I was helped by a salesperson called Sam Crocker ..really good person to deal with , never tried to push anything upon me , but great suggestions ( awesome pillows ) I did buy a like for like mattress, but was shown the divan set too ..it was a no brainer really , increased an already brilliant experience comfort wise , and I also now have more storage . Remember you spend 1/3 of your life in bed . The maths add up because of the longevity of the products, and are superb , with great guarantees. Thanks Sam .. and sleep well folks 😉

Gemma, who served us, was very helpful and patient. She certainly knows the products incredibly well and explains everything clearly and concisely.

We bought a dining corner unit/table set from the Brighton/Hove branch. Leon was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Sam Crocker was very helpful when we were purchasing a mattress.

You have lots of choice. Joel Morris the sales man listened to what I wanted and advised me on the different makes to my criteria. He was not pushy and gave me the time I needed

The sales woman was very disrespectful. Since the beginning, she was moody and didn’t bother to show us the uses of sofa bad. Her facial expressions, her body language was very rude. I was surprised that this is allowed in a branded place like this! I also noticed them laughing behind my back as she might be sharing comments about me when I came back to ask her some questions about the sofa. Very poor sales team. I have been to other sofa centres after that and I realize how supportive and well-behaved they are. I wanted to buy a sofa bed from Furniture village shop, but after seeing the way they treat the customer, I rather buy the sofa online. So shameful and shocking experience.
