The description of the products were given to us in a very relaxed atmosphere. No pressure felt as we relaxed on pieces of furniture and left alone to make our decisions. Full demonstrations were given as to the various options available. At no time were we uncomfortable with the salesman. Thank you MO.ì

Aaron gilks was extremely helpful without being at all pushy. we always buy from furniture village as it is good quality and we always find it a pleasurable experience as we can browse without being hassled and the staff are really helpful. The coffee and cookies are lovely too.

Peter was excellent, very knowledgeable and didn’t rush us at all.
My only peave is with the company. Us ‘ old school’ people who like to pay for things as we go, are deeply penalised. The credit charge is added to the cost of the sofa it is only classed as ‘free to the customer’. No bank lends money for free! Therefore I have paid the credit charge and not used the credit facility which means you have made a huge profit from people like me who don’t like debt. Do you not feel this encourages debt.

My wife and I were immediately welcomed, offered refreshments and asked what we were looking for. The advice received was constructive and allowed us to make a more definitive decision. Aaron was a great help.

Sales person Aaron was very helpful and professional took his time explaining everything especially with the colors and materials I needed advice with due to new carpets being fitted I was unsure of precise color scheme I wanted

It was lovely to be able to walk around all the sofas and once it was noted we were looking at a particular sofa, we were approached (this made it feel so relaxed!) Peter was extremely helpful, spoke through all the options for the sofa, fabrics, even found some wood samples to see how it would look against our floor. He then helped us find a dining table and we were pleased to learn we could have seperate deliveries for both once in stock, but only pay the one delivery charge! Great customer experience and really excited for our new furniture when it's all ready! 😊

Peter was very efficient and helpful, and took his time during the process to ensure everything was understood, even thought it was 19 mins after closing time.
There was an issue with my delivery date on the furniture village tracking, Peter rectified quickly on Saturday and my matress was delivered by Wednesday.

The welcome we received was great and we were tired by walking around, the day was hot but when we entered the shop Aaron gave us a warm welcome. We felt we were at the right place to get all we wanted. He helped us choosing the good quality with less prices. He was also giving us advices on everything we wanted to know. Thanks to him, we had no intention of buying on that day but we ended up purchasing more goods than we expected, which was good.

Amazing experience. The store is lovely (and well-air conditioned). Everyone is very helpful but not pushy. Aaron helped us and was very thoughtful and supportive. We were looking to buy something in a hurry and we were in and out within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend.

We couldn’t fault the help provided by our Sales Consultant - Steve Wong . As we looked at various sofas in the store there was no pressure from any of the sales people that you sometimes get in other places . We were able to look thoroughly and then when we need help Steve was brilliant- very knowledgeable, ,taking his time to explain various aspects of the Nova Sofa range we were considering and answering the many questions that we had !
We had such a positive afternoon looking for only our third sofa combination in 35 years that we came back today )after going back home last night to double check all measurements! ). We’ve now purchased a Nova corner chaise sofa with power recliner and also a two seater power recliner sofa , and are looking forward to delivery the beginning of November. Thank you Steve for making what could’ve been a very stressful experience- stress free ! It was our first visit to furniture village and definitely won’t be the last.

We have had a very good experience at the shop. Welcomed on arrival, We were not pestered by the staff, but where there when we needed help and advice. Very knowledgeable on their products.
