Nicely welcomed at the front of the shop by Jason Mirfin who took the time to find out what we were interested in and proceeded to explain the pros and cons of everything on offer.

Fiona, Stanley Green branch was great support and very patient help. Went round and round the store with me till I had the perfect dining table and chair combination, made purchasing and finance options simple and step by step plan to delivery. She's an asset to you.

We were able to look around , we were not bothered by the sales team until we were ready to approach and ask question Mohamed was really help when we needed him.

Awful customer service
Firstly my order was cancelled on the morning of delivery after I'd taken a day off work. Delivery arrived in May with the wrong chairs
Another delivery arranged as the table was damaged and again they brought the wrong chairs.
After numerous calls lasting up to 45 mins at a time and being lied to I have given up with this company and will be demanding a refund.
Full of excuses and no help whatsoever steer clear of this useless company.

Absolutely delighted with this sofa. The fabric feels premium, it’s incredibly comfortable, and it fits perfectly in our living room. Delivery was on time and kiran were professional and helpful throughout, Even helping with problems after sale. Highly recommend.”

After a long wait I got through to Natalie who was very polite and helpful

Jason (sale consultant) has been fantastic with me, when i’m deaf he did put effort in our communication and make sure that i am understand everything and wrote down some information to clarify. Jason is approachable person and very friendly make me feel to relax more easier to communicate with him. i highly recommend him and please do reward him :)

I had a big problem with the measurements I had taken of my chairs…he and his boss were so helpful. Not judgemental, and were able to help me/us to get things sorted, with something which was my fault.

We purchased a king bed/ottoman yesterday from Furniture Village in Stanley Green Retail Park in Cheadle. Sales Consultant, Mr Gavin Roberts was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He is an asset to your company. We will definitely be a repeat customers.

Spent a lot Bg time asking questions of Tracey.If she was unsure she went and asked.Never tired of swapping chairs and helping me and my daughter.I went to buy table and chairs and ended up with full room furniture as well.There was no pressure at all and I went home to decided on extra units and ordered two more pieces that I ordered from Harmon over the phone again very very helpful and helped as I needed more time to clear my back room so agreed ti end of May for delivery.Thank you so much Tracey and Harmon

Fantastic customer service today by two very caring gentlemen who delivered a suite to my niece who has learning disabilities, she said they were both very courteous and showed her how to work her electric recliner.
They kept her updated every way towards delivery & arrived on time .

Furniture Village had an excellent range and quality of dining tables. The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable and patient. In particular, Jason Mirfin at the Stanley Green Retail Park, Cheadle was absolutely excellent and made our shopping experience and absolute delight.
